I named mine Franky. He is on vacation atm but he worked hard when I set him up. My pets got a kick out of seeing the bot. I got a bunch of cleaning pads and such so that he could keep running. This little bot may not be 1k but it works.

I decided to buy this vacuum because I had a good experience with a previous one (same model), so I placed an order for a "NEW" Robot Vacuum and to my surprise when I received the product only the accessories were new; the actual vacuum was clearly used. It had scratches all over, dust, human hair wrapped around the area where you attach the brushes, and even roaches in the bag and internal compartments. It was so bad that I didn’t want to keep it in my house, so I threw it away. As a result, I can’t even request a refund.

Still holding up after a few years of ownership. The mop function broke and was never too good to begin with, just kinds of leaves wet marks behind the vacuum. The vacuum is good if you maintain the air filters and make sure it doesn’t get in the way of anything, it does get stuck if it goes over something that doesn’t hit the bumper, overall for the price and condition it’s still in years later, it’s a extremely worthwhile buy, especially for the price

The vacuum gets the job done (for the most part) but consistently gets stuck around the house. I originally set it up to do a clean every night while we are sleeping, but every morning I wake up and the robot is stuck and hasn’t even cleaned 1/4 of the house. There is an app, but there is no mapping feature to avoid getting stuck underneath furniture and when it runs it often cleans the same sections repeatedly while other areas are neglected. Now I run the cycle during the day and keep an eye on it to move it when it gets stuck. The dust bin and water containers are fairly small and need to be emptied/refilled every day (we have 2 indoor cats so lots of pet hair and some litter). It has been really helpful to not worry about sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming everyday but it is not a thorough clean. No issues connecting to Google home which is probably my favorite feature.

I have 2 of another vendor that I have used for several years now. Time to replace them, but when I checked the prices I was so surprised. I saw this one on Amazon before Christmas 2023 and thought I would give it a try. It is so very quiet and picks up all the dog hair. I’m not sold on the mopping feature, I have tried to use it more than once and it always runs out of water before the the room is finished. But Im okay with that. I will definitely buy at least 2 more!

My house has low carpet all over the rooms except kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Although the robot's battery can only last for 90 minutes, I am still happy about it for I can do 3 bedrooms first then do living room and do the rest the next day. I washed the filter after running out of battery but had not finished the whole house, then I have to wait for a couple days to let the filter fully dry! The second time I only cleaned up the filter, recharged the battery then do the cleaning a few hours after it is fully recharged. If your family members have long hair, make sure to check the turning sweeping parts. You may find hair tangled around, just get the 2 sweepers out, clean up and snap the 2 sweeper back in.

If this is your first robot vacuum and you’re just wanting to try it out, this is a good option. Be aware of their pricing manipulation though, it should only cost $143. It is very erratic in its cleaning and runs into stuff constantly. But it definitely works in both vacuuming and mopping. I really like that it has different settings like spot cleaning. However, there’s not really a “just clean the whole room/area” setting. There is random which is truly random and will go over the same spot multiple times while not visiting others. Then it returns to charge when the battery is empty not when it has cleaned everywhere. But it covers most spots especially in a smaller room. Our previous one created a map of the area and ensured coverage of the whole area and that’s really something this one is lacking. If it was our first robot we would probably keep it but our standards are higher now.

We absolutely LOVE our robot! I intentionally left my entryway tiles dirty (kiddo with muddy snow boots, hubby with muddy work boots) to see how it would work. I would have had to scrub these particular stains very hard with my trusty swiffer. I probably would have had to spray them and let them soak and then come back and mop them. I was shocked when I came in the living room and noticed the entryway was spotless. And our entire first floor is hardwood and tile, I have not had to so much as sweep, which is insane because we have a highly shedding dog and two highly shedding cats. My house is staying clean now and that is phenomenal. I don't have to be embarrassed when somebody drops by unexpectedly or run around to clean the floor because company's coming over. Highly recommend!!
