great little desktop
I ordered this for my wife for when she's working from home. Couple days a week she works from home and this connects to our infrastructure perfectly and is plenty fast to do what she needs to in order to be productive. Very pleased with this purchase. Its also a capable little machine for what little computer use she needs at home. I slapped Office on it and a few other utilities that she needed and got her a couple 32" displays and she's got a great little system that can do anything she needs. If she wakes up and wants to be a gamer I'm going to have a problem. ;) I love these little Dell systems. I have a couple at work for various things, they're small, quick, power efficient, and don't occupy a bunch of desk space. You really can't beat them for the cost/performance value. It's perfectly silent, I couldn't ask for more.

Works great, but could have been cleaner
This was a 5-year-old computer at a great price. It was refurbished by Amazon. The computer worked perfectly out of the box. When I opened the case to install an M.2 SSD, the inside was extremely dusty. Apparently the process of refurbishing a computer at Amazon does not include vacuuming out the inside dust. That is disappointing, and that's why I took away a star.

I think we got a dud
Sadly, I'm one the dissatisfied consumers on this. From the day this was delivered it was a pain. When we did finally get it set up it was passible. From there it went downhill. This computer tells me that it isn't hooked up to the internet and refuses to operate. This has happened multiple times. It's deeply frustrating. It will let one account online but not the second account. I always buy refurbished/reconditioned. They are a great way to save money. Sadly, this purchase has let me down. This computer hasn't even made the one-year mark and now I'm having to replace it. Maybe we were just unlucky and got a dud, but I can't recommend this computer.

Good item came with bonus keyboard and mouse arrived like new, fast delivery
Item arrived quickly and well packaged with bonus keyboard and mouse. Machine performs better than expected with upgraded OS Windows 11 - absolutely love how small the machine is, what a space saver! It is an older pc but for the purpose of internet browsing, web surfing and general office work which is what I mostly need, the specification is absolutely more than adequate. The only downside is the graphic card only supports up to 1920X1080 resolution which makes the image quality less vivid on my new monitor but overall it is acceptable. Seller did a good job cleaning this machine up and it came almost like new. Just hope this pc would last a while. Overall very happy about the purchase!

Like New, Runs Perfectly
Came clean and in like-new condition. Booted into Windows without issue, set everything up, and checked all functionality. Flawless. Stripped Windows, installed an NVMe in the available M.2 slot, and switched to Ubuntu. Runs smooth, no issues, and at a great price. Would buy again.

Great value
Computer was clean (inside and out), came with a new keyboard and mouse (which I haven't used yet), and had Windows 11 Pro installed. It came up and activated. OS updates took a while, but that's expected. Seems to run just fine. A great value for the price. It's got a 2021 manufacture date, but it has plenty of memory and SSD space, and plenty of CPU power for the light-duty usage for which I bought it, replacing a 2011 HP model that can't be upgraded to Win11 (and was feeling unbearably slow).

Need replacement
One worked great the other one has a power surge. I've done a claim but no one has reached out to me. Computer keeps going on & off. Not great because I'm using it for my business & screen goes black every 3 minutes. Very annoying

Seller did not return contact.
The PC seems to be fine. But it is not the one I ordered. I ordered the 7060 as shown here, but was sent a 5060 instead. I sent a problem with order notice pointing this out. But did not hear back from the seller. For now I am going to keep the PC as everything seems in working order and it was received in like new condition. But would be nice if seller responded to their notice.

It didn’t come as advertised Poor quality Keyboard and Mouse are completely useless lightweight garbage. Their return policy is a hassle. Still waiting for my refund I don’t recommend doing business with them
