Does this contain a fungicide and a disinfectant or is it just a cleanser?

It is a cleanser. If you would like a product with fungicide and disinfectant properties, check out our protect mold and bacteria treatment or our Evaseal Evaporator coating. They both contain a natural plant enzyme with both disinfectant and fungicidal properties. The protect automotive mold treatment is used as a fogging application where you will run the ac in recycled ait mode while you run the fogger. The recycled air pulls the fine mist into the ventilation system. Evaseal is an evaporator sealing foam to prevent the regrowth of mold and bacteria, it is recommended that you clean first with Clean Air Evaporator cleaner and then apply the EvaSeal for best results. Both Clean Air Evaporator Cleaner and EvaSeal are injected between the blower fan and evaporator. This allows the air from the blower fan to push the foam into the fine fins of the evaporator for a thorough cleaning and protection application.
