I am5' 5" weigh 168 and the dress fits just right.. According to their chart I should wear a L but I ordered an XL which I am glad I did as it runs small. It does have some give so you may fit you.

I believe it will. I’m 5’7” and it hits below my knee.

Yes, all colors and all prints have two pockets, one on each side of the full skirt!
