I have read that it can potentially reset the body's tolerance to substances, and I have been consuming an increasing amount of caffeine over the past two years.I don't feel anything anymore when I have my tea throughout the day, which equals about a tablespoon of matcha, so I am once again hoping to feel the energizing effects, as I appreciated being able to get stuff done! I tried the first dosage of this before a few hours before bed, in between dinner and bed time with no side effects. I did not have an energizing effect like a Red Bull, but I did notice a very slight bump up in motivation to get through some emails and reviews like these for you before bed! I am hoping to see increased benefits from this as I get through the bottle. I do notice a very faint headache, which I believe is an effect related to the increased nitric oxide, and a desired effect for some body builders. Please note because this can potentiate medication, making it stronger, to be cautious if you are currently taking any prescribed drugs as you may have to alter the dosage.
