Fantastic quality worth every penny

I bought this as a bougie treat for Christmas Day since I hosted and decided on canapés and champagne to welcome my guests. Honestly mainly because I loved the idea of how little blinis would look all lined up on a serving tray.After I placed my order I was nervous that nobody would actually enjoy the taste and I would have wasted my money.But, not only did they look as good as I had envisaged, but they tasted delightful!A little salty, not fishy at all and creamy and mild. Perfection. Now I’m not sure if I’ve made a rod for my own back because who can afford a caviar habit?

I bought a tin of caviar because apparently I’ve reached that stage of life where simply eating fish isn’t enough. I now require the fish to have a tiny accountant and a mortgage.First bite: “Oh, that’s nice.”Second bite: “Ooh, that’s actually very nice.”Third bite: “Right, I understand why rich people are like this now.”The little pearls pop beautifully, it tastes gloriously salty and luxurious, and for a brief moment I felt like I should be wearing a dinner jacket and discussing offshore investments.Only reason I’m knocking off a star is that the tin is absolutely tiny. I’ve seen bigger portions of peas in a microwave meal.Would buy again? Absolutely.Would I tell people how much it cost? Absolutely not.Do I now consider myself sophisticated? Unfortunately, no.5 stars for the caviar.1 star deducted for reminding me that my bank account and my new-found aristocratic lifestyle are fundamentally incompatible.

My wife had never tried Caviar before so I wanted to surprise her and make a special lunch. I made some omelette and served it to her. She loved it as you can see she ate everything.The delivery of the product was exceptional. Came in a cooled package which lasted the journey to the Isle of Man no problem. A huge thank you to the supplier the product was excellent.

The caviare served it's purpose...

the tin looked small but when i opened it there was more in it than i thought . I was happy with it and would buy it again.

I'm not a caviar expert, but I know what I like. This caviar arrived in a polystyrene box with cool packs snuggled up to the tin. My family had it for an Xmas treat and it went down well. Creamy, not too salty, rich and the pearls were beautiful. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

La catena del freddo è stata rispettata ed il prodotto è arrivato integro ed ha mantenuto la qualità. Che è davvero buona. Le perle non sono scure quindi hanno pochi zero, la salinità e la consistenza al palato è perfetta, e si sciolgono in maniera consistente e morbida.Unica nota negativa la consegna che mi notizia un determinato giorno di spedizione e di arrivo, che non viene rispettato nel più subdolo dei modi: finta tentata consegna! Il supporto Amazon monitora la situazione ma mi risponde che comunque siamo nei tempi di consegna... Ma che c'entra? Il punto era rispettare i tempi dal momento della spedizione per mantenere inalterato il prodotto!Comunque tutto è bene quel che finisce bene.

Lo más que me a gustado el sabor y la. textura ,se funde el la boca ,otra cosa a tener en cuenta la cadena de frío lo bien envasado que viene mantiene el hielo sin desacer, lo recomiendo

alla fine ho voluto provare, per capire se ci fossero differenze con le classiche uova di lompo o simili...non è neanche lontanamente paragonabile. questo è proprio pesce, come se si mangiasse una squisita prelibatezza di pesce appena pescato. non è facile descriverlo, anzi. l'unico modo è provarlo! peccato il prezzo, caro, anche se tra i caviali meno cari!!
