Dubai gets super humid year round but especially during the summer, which is a perfect breeding ground for mold - which is a health hazard. To reduce the humidity you need to keep the AC running constantly and even then, it might not be enough. In my case I didn't want to set the AC to 18 degrees as I don't want to freeze in my apartment. Using this dehumidifier I was able to reduce the humidity in my apartment (1BR, 70 sqm) from 75% to 50% over night. After those 10 hours the tank was full (4 Liters!!!). When emptying the tank for the first time, I was stunned to see how much water was in the air. Now the room feels lighter, while it's 23 degrees and I feel super comfortable. The dehumidifier is not loud but it's not quiet either. For me it's bearable, I keep it in another room while sleeping but if you are a light sleeper you might have a problem with it. I also noticed it's louder if the tank is empty, as the whole body starts to vibrate. Once the tank is half full this stops and gets quieter. Keep in mind the power consumption, it uses 0.6 kW per hour, so you might see a jump in your energy usage. Luckily electricity is cheap in Dubai and the additional 20-30AED per month is definitely worth the peace of mind, that no mold will form. The drain pipe is amazing, this way you don't need to empty the tank every day or two. Keeping the humidity below 60% is a must to prevent mold growth and therefore keep healthy air inside, while also having a comfortable and warm climate. Can highly recommend this product.

I never leave reviews- but this seriously works! Wow VS the XIAOMI Dehumidifier 22L that I had before ... this is like a freaking beast! I have the continuous hose connected and the water just drains drains drains.

I recently purchased two of these dehumidifiers, and my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, they both do an excellent job of reducing humidity levels in my home, with one unit operating quietly and efficiently, while the other unfortunately emits a noticeable amount of noise. However, the real disappointment comes with the connectivity features. While it's great to have the option to connect to Google Home for added convenience, it's frustrating that the functionality is limited to just turning the dehumidifier on and off. I was hoping for more advanced controls, such as adjusting humidity levels or scheduling, but unfortunately, these options are not available. Despite these limitations, the dehumidifiers still perform their primary function well, but potential buyers should be aware of the connectivity shortcomings.

I have one in each room. I clearly had humidity issues in the house, I had to drain the tank several times a day but it is what it is. Now with the humidity lower I haven't had to drain tanks. I'm just glad I could get something affordable to do the job. We are facing mold issues due to poor new constructions, I'm hoping the dehumidifiers will help preventing the issue recurring. The machines can get loud and it's hard to sleep through it, I switch it off when I sleep but have it on other times. The TV also drowns out the sound otherwise. It's worth it. I hope it last. The customer support was also amazing, super responsive support and very effecient.

I purchased this 30L dehumidifier for my apartment and it worked incredibly well for the first 24 hours, pulling liters of water out of the air. However, on day two of usage, the unit suddenly began emitting a very strong, distinct electrical burning smell when the compressor kicked in. Given the high power draw, I am not willing to risk a severe household fire hazard. I am immediately returning this unit for a full refund. Hugely disappointed as the smart features were great, but safety comes first.

I regret not buying a bigger one for our three bedroom house. It only collects 5 liters of water, which with 60% humidity that we have in Dubai house fills up in few hours. Otherwise it works very well & fast easy to clean. It’s pretty heavy to carry around, so if you have a large home I recommend buying several pieces. It’s rather loud , it doesn’t bother me during the day, but I would not sleep with it in the night. It really does the job well, I have been using it every day for several month now and happy.

noisy; needs a sink to pout water

This is my second dehumidifier from the same brand the first one was 20L/Day. This one has less noise and equipped with smart features - very easy to install and connect with the Smart Life app- Obviously it has some noise but as compared to my previous unit this one has less noise. So far I had no issues, on average I have to empty the tank at least once a day. Having to unit is more convenient and more efficient to cover my 2 bedroom apartment - I normally have 75% humidity at home - after having the two units it is always under control between 50 - 58 % which makes a huge difference. Overall the best value for money - reliable brand so far I had no major issues with both units - of course you will have some noise while the unit is working (I normally keep both units on while away and turn at least one off during the night).

Ich habe in der Abstellkammer Schimmel an den Wänden gehabt, nachdem ich ein Hygrometer in den Raum gestellt habe, habe ich gesehen das ich eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 83% hatte, kein Wunder das die Wand schimmelt. Leider ist es nicht möglich den Raum zu heizen da im Flur vor der Abstellkammer und in der Abstellkammer selbst keine Heizkörper sind. Da an den kleinen Flur das Badezimmer und die Küche angrenzen, kondensiert am Fenster in der Abstellkammer die komplette Feuchtigkeit die man mit lüften nicht aus dem Bad und der Küche heraus bekommt. Ich habe selbst die Türen vom Bad und von der Küche zur Abstellkammer offen gelassen und die Heizung auf 3 gedreht, in der Küche war es kaum noch auszuhalten so warm war es, doch in der Abstellkammer waren maximal 17°C, das Wasser sammelte sich weiterhin dort. Die Warme Luft aus Küche und Bad kam leider nicht bis in die Abstellkammer, nur durch einen Ventilator konnte ich die Wärme wenigstens teilweise in die Abstellkammer pusten, aber eine Dauerlösung ist das nicht, trotzdem bleibt die Abstellkammer der kälteste Punk. Gestern kam dann mein bestellter Luftentfeuchter ( 12 Liter, Kompressor) und ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch wegen der Lautstärke, an die man denkt wenn man das Wort Kompressor hört. Nach dem anschließen habe ich das Gerät die ganze Nacht im Automatik Modus durch laufen lassen und hatte morgens genau die eingestellte Luftfeuchtigkeit erreicht, das Hygrometer zeigte genau die RLF an, die ich eingestellt hatte. Im Gerät haben sich 500ml Wasser angesammelt. Als ich dann heute zwei Waschmaschinen Füllungen im Wäsche Raum aufgehängt hatte und es draußen sehr kalt war, habe ich den Luftentfeuchter mit in den Wäscheraum genommen und auf Dauermodus laufen lassen. Nach ungefähr 3-4 Stunden war die Wäsche fast trocken und der Luftentfeuchter hatte ungefähr 1 - 1,5 Liter Wasser aus der Luft gesammelt. Der Geräuschpegel ist sehr gering, wenn der Luftentfeuchter in der Abstellkammer steht, kann ich ihn durch die geschlossene Tür in der Küche fast garnicht hören, man kann ihn also ohne Probleme auch nachts laufen lassen. Ich bin wirklich froh diesen Kauf getätigt zu haben und werde ihn nun erstmal einige Tage im Automatik Modus in der Abstellkammer laufen lassen, wie ich das Problem dauerhaft löse muss ich sehen. Aber ich mache mir jetzt deutlich weniger Sorgen darum, denn ich weiß das der Luftentfeuchter dem Schimmel den Nährboden entzieht. Wenn man nicht gerade nasse Wäsche im Raum hängen hat, bringt er die Luftfeuchtigkeit wirklich schnell auf das gewünschte Niveau. Ich kann diesen Luftentfeuchter bis jetzt wirklich sehr empfehlen, er tut genau das was er soll. Was mich allerdings ein bisschen stört; wenn der Luftentfeuchter im Automatik Modus läuft, dann läuft der Lüfter anscheinend dauerhaft, auch wenn der Luftentfeuchter gerade nicht entfeuchtet. Der Kompressor wird bei überschreiten der gewünschten RLF dazu geschaltet. Aber vielleicht ist das auch besser so damit die Luftfeuchtigkeit besser erfasst werden kann. Das Gerät ist jedenfalls wirklich toll und ich gebe ihn nicht mehr her. Bin schon am überlegen mir noch einen ganz kleinen 500ml Luftentfeuchter zu kaufen für's Schlafzimmer.

Le déshumidificateur a été installé dans mon garage, la pièce fait 48 m², lors de l’allumage, il m’a indiqué un taux d’humidité de 86 % et au bout de six heures le taux était de 59 %. À 1 m de l’appareil, j’ai mesuré 50 dB, au niveau consommation, j’ai mesuré entre 400 et 500 W par heure, soit environ 0,10 € de l’heure par rapport à mon contrat d’électricité. Au bout de six heures, j’ai tout de suite senti la différence différence, le bac était rempli d’eau. Pour la connexion wi-fi, il y a une erreur dans le manuel il faut appuyer trois secondes sur le bouton en forme de goutte d’eau, et la lumière du wi-fi se met à clignoter, alors que dans le manuel, c’est indiqué un autre bouton. Pour le moment, je suis agréablement surpris de la qualité du produit. Le déshumidificateur est très bien emballé et bien protégé car la livraison a été catastrophique. Le colis était bien abîmé, mais aucune trace sur le produit. Le manuel d’explication est très clair malgré cette petite erreur indiquée précédemment. Il y a aussi un petit tuyau pour faire le vidage en continu. Je recommande le produit pour une cave, un garage ou une buanderie, en revanche dans les pièces de vie, il faut supporter le bruit. Par contre c’est rédhibitoire dans une chambre.

The description for this product is missing vital information. I took a risk and I am so pleased. It is basically an air conditioner in reverse with R290 gas. It was delivered early which is great. I bought it because I’m renovating an old house. Set it up in the basement and after a day it has collected almost 30 litres of water. Fantastic. The reason for 4 stars is instructions are too basic and the continuous use hose is far too short so you will need another one unless you use a bucket. The product itself is good quality and really simple but I found that if you remove the internal water collection tank it stops using continuous mode and you have to restart it even though it says it’s on continuous mode. Like I said above, it collects a lot of water which is what I wanted. It is not that quiet but for my use this is not an issue. I wood not describe it as loud but you can definitely hear it from 20 meters away. The app has settings that are generic that you can turn on and off but do not seem to have any effect. In summary, great product. Needs a much longer continuous drain hose and more details in the product description and manual. I would not recommend using it if noise will be an issue.
