Highly recommend if you are looking for a smaller, versatile stereo system that has a radio, plays CDs and is Bluetooth compatible, this is the one for you. It took awhile to find a smaller stereo system that was not a boom box and didn’t cost a fortune. While this unit is a little pricier than I wanted to spend, it is well worth it! Easy to set up, easy to operate, really good sound for the size, gets a lot of radio stations. I have ordered and sent back a cheaper Philips version because the CD didn’t work and radio didn’t get many stations. This unit is well worth the extra $$.

This compact system gives a powerful sound for its size. I was very pleasantly surprised. Compact size and CD player were a must for me, setting up Bluetooth was very easy and it has an FM radio. What more could you want? The only criticism I have is that the speaker wires are too short. I had to splice a longer wire onto one of them in order to set them properly in the room.

I'm changing my review to strong POSITIVE. I purchased this CD player because my old Onkyo died, I needed a quick fix, the price was reasonable, and this had a lot of great reviews. Initially, however, it seemed a big disappointment. The speakers it came with are not very good. I hooked up my old speakers. Better. But the sound still seemed muffled and just boosting treble & bass on the front of the player didn't help much. Fortunately I discovered that you can fix this using the remote control, which offers more features like bass boost & surround sound. The sound is now crisp & clear & rich. It just took patience.....and probably if I'd read the directions first..... Other plusses: it came fast, easy setup, works fine and - now that I've got the sound right - the fidelity is excellent for the money.

After many long weeks of research, we decided on this Panasonic Unit. It was sold out many weeks in a row from Amazon and Direct from Panasonic. We can see why. It's simply a wonderful compact CD player. It looks sleek and nice, perfect size, easy to operate, has a very good and compact and cute remote control with nice large buttons and is legible, and above all, it just works great and sounds wonderful. Every CD we put in, whether made in USA or overseas, just works and loads fast. Very clear sound, really good bass and low end and good trebles, and all genres of music sound fantastic on it. Enjoying all our old CDs very much. Bluetooth works seamlessly and has very good volume. LCD panel very clear. And a huge bonus...it has a front headphone jack!!! That is an absolute must. We've seen many CD players now that don't have it and can't understand why wouldn't manufacturers include one? For listening when we don't want to disturb anyone during the day or at night, it's a standard must and we are very happy to see Panasonic included a headphone jack on this unit. It works great and is very clear. My only wish is that Panasonic had other color / finish options besides just pure Black. Like a warm cherry wood or white would have been really nice to fit different decors. But, all in all, fantastic unit. Very Happy with the unit.

20 years ago I had 3 Panasonic shelf system stereos in my home. Loved them. Downsized over the years & still have one with great sound, but the cd tray is starting to get stuck (after 20 years!) and there's no bluetooth connection. (Yes, I still enjoy some old cds.) So I replaced it with this one since Panasonic has such a great history with me. Super easy to hook up, took all of 5 minutes. Easy to operate, bluetooth connects fine. Sound is not as nice as my old unit, but it's close enough. Bass & treble are not bad at all , presets aren't that impressive which makes the separate bass/treble dials useful, and the volume is amazing. CD fidelity is better than the bluetooth & radio sounds ( they're somewhat muffled) ,which is a little disappointing. But at this price range the sound is very good. This looks nice and is also small so it can fit in many places & I hid this behind a chair and it fills the sun room & adjacent kitchen with sound nicely. I would have paid more for another Panasonic with better speakers, but couldn't find one anywhere. CD players are disappearing. This fits my needs for a small unit that plays FM, cds, and bluetooth with decent sound and bass at a decent price.

Perfect for the money! I live in an apartment and wanted something for my bookshelf that was better looking and certainly better sounding than a boombox, but more price conscious and less involved than an AV set up. This hits the sweetspot of sound quality, build quality, and functionlity very nicely. The speakers sound robust - no tinny tweeters - and have nice little feet on the base so they stay put if you bump them accidently. Additionally, their output is tremendous! You can really dial in between volumes needed for soundtrack and metal. The volume knob has a very satisfying resistance to it, it doesn't feel cheap and flimsy, so delightful --- if you even get close enough to it to use the knob because it comes with a very nice remote. The remote also has built in feet and I just really appreciate the feel of it in the hand and the presence of of it - you wont misplace or drop it accidently. Does not come with batteries, which is fine, but be aware. The bluetooth function is easy to use and a delight to have. The drive is only good for a single cd at a time, but for the money and the tech age, expecting more from a shelf set up is where the buyer should be looking into AV/Surround products like Onkyo, Yokohama, etc. Im so enamored with it in the bedroom that I may lose my mind and buy one for the living room for the vine alone. If you're back and forthing over a different model, go with this one - the brand name recognition is what drove me but quality is what convinced me. Its a superb little set up for a small space. Cons? Maybe the power cord is a little short? But that's really neither here nor there.

Wonderful sound system! I bought it back in November 2025 and have not had a single issue. The sound quality is excellent, no issues connecting via Bluetooth and the radio and CD player work wonderfully well. I was apprehensive at first because of the price that it might not perform as well as anticipated but I was wrong. This little system is fantastic!

Muy bien minicomponente con buenos graves y agudos, lastima que no cuenta con línea auxiliar pero para lo que realmente necesito que son la reproducción de discos me va muy bien, reconsideren si es internacional por los taxes

Excellent produit. Belle qualité. Fonctionne parfaitement. Le son est fort et clair. Format assez petit, il est discret et chic. Facile à installer. Facile à utiliser. Un petit système surprenant qui nous offre des heures de plaisir à écouter nos vieux CD! Dépasse nos attentes. Très satisfait de notre achat!

El aparato me pareció muy bueno, tiene buen sonido solo que para mí gusto le falta la antena para sincronizar el radio
