The best thing about this in my opinion is the mint flavour it leaves in your mouth for longer compared to other mint toothpaste. In terms of whitening, I can see a big improvement. First of all a small stain on one of the tooth has disappeared and the teeth does look whiter which is giving me confidence in front of people.It creates a good foam while brushing and the flavour gives you a very fresh feeling due to mint. With the added advantage of whiter teeth, I am one happy customer.

After buying this product I read more in to how this product works..it also states that it is not a teeth whitening foam unless you have had prior whitening treatment..it does state in the description you will be disappointed if you think it will whiten your teeth on its own..! I find it messy but it does have the minty taste described by others
