We bought this as a for 3 sibling between the ages of 4 and 8 years. All 3 enjoyed taking turns and creating their own unique artwork and were amazed at the way the inks transferred on to the paper.

I got this for my daughter and she loved it... I didn't realize initially that you have to set the solution for 6 hours before using. I got her all excited and then read the directions. Once it's all ready to use, she really enjoyed it

A nice kit- capable of producing good results, yet with simple and easy to follow directions. It served as an entry to the hobby for me, an adult. As a fine book collector, I see many books with marbled paper endpapers, and wanted to try creating some myself. This kit gave a nice introduction to the ancient art. Patience is required, as well as some commonsense skill and technique, most of which is mentioned in the kit's written instructions. Small children will require adult guidance for acceptable results.
