Pretty decent body bag
Decent body bag, it does protect you well from punches, but I have found that I can feel some very hard power punches through the padding. It's good for light to medium sparring, but if anything more and you'll feel it through the padding.

Thinner than expected but still great!
My grown sons love this vest. It’s thinner than I expected but still great. One is a Marine and competes in jujitsu so it’s more for my youngest son who is starting to train with my oldest in boxing/jujitsu.

Chi lo indossa fa da sacco perché tanto non riesce a muoversi. Come protezione è molto spesso pensò attutisca molto bene i colpi.
