Helped lower my cholesterol. I've only tried i few other lower priced brands.My Bloodwork with the other brands did not lower my cholesterol. When i tried this brand it did.Still need to work out eat the best you can regardless.

SFI/Klaire Labs referred me to Amazon for faster delivery when I late-discovered I was nearly out before my planned travel. The product came sloppily (suspiciously) packaged and the pills were deformed, atypically flimsy/easy to reshape, stuck together in the bottle. I didn't trust them, so after my trip I reported this to SFI/Klaire and placed a direct replacement order. As expected, the SFI/Klaire supplements that arrived two days later retained their oblong form, did not clump together or collapse when touched, and came with bottles neatly labeled, with clear Lot# and expiration date. Despite SFI/Klaire assuring that the Amazon order is returnable, the Amazon app says otherwise. Bottom line: Only order this product directly from SFI/Klaire if you want to be sure of what you're putting in your body.
