Julian Bakery Paleo Thin Bread | Coconut | Gluten-Free | Grain-Free | Low Carb | 1 Net Carb | 3 Pack

I've used Julian Bakery before for their low carb almond flour bread and liked it. So, I thought I would try the coconut flour. I would NOT recommend the coconut flour bread. The smell is off-putting and the taste is awful. I'm sorry I tried it and wish I could return or exchange it for the almond flour bread; however, neither Amazon nor Julian Bakery takes returns based on "the flavor sucks."

Hey folks,It doesn't taste like high-carb, wheat bread; because It's not high-carb, wheat bread. If you eat it with a mind to that, you will notice that it has a great flavor and satisfying texture. I always eat it toasted. As soon as I receive it, I put it all in the freezer and toast it a slice at a time. Delicious with butter, or as a toasted sandwich. For 15 net calories and 1 net carb per slice!, it can't be beat!!

It goes without saying that this is an expensive loaf of bread. However, considering the alternatives and the health impact of a keto-friendly bread, the purchase pays for itself in peace of mine. It's a good option for those on a keto diet, and tastes great as a toast or the ends of a sandwich.

This was worst low carb bread I've ever tasted. I should have read the reviews first. It doesn't toast. I had to a lot butter along with jelly or syrup to choke it down. You should be ashamed of yourself for forcing ppl to buy 3 loaves of this mess.

I guess if you really can't eat bread due to dietary needs, this may remind you somewhat of bread...But unfortunately, it really does taste bad. Like, really bad. Doesn't toast well. Doesn't hold up well. And the during and after taste is pretty gnarly. It's truly unfortunate they make you buy 3 loaves at a time, because I can't even make it through my first...Wish I could return and get my money back. I'm just going to stick with Ezekiel for now...

I have used this product for quite a while, but could not find it in the health food stores in my area, recently. I love the product, so I ordered it on line, instead. My only disappointment with this order is that I could only get three loaves of the same flavor, rather than a variety. Although I had bought it in the local stores in the past, and it was frozen, the product came to me unfrozen, with instructions to freeze after receipt, which worked out fine.

It wasn't moldy but when I opened a bag it had a weird smell that I couldn't tell if it's going bad or if it's an additive that smells. For taste I wasn't expecting much, it really has no taste so I wasn't surprised or too disappointed, it toasts enough so it's not soggy but if you're expecting your grandma's toats you're going to be disappointed. I bought it because it's grain free but it's too expensive to be wondering when it arrives if it's already halfway decomposed.
