We did a lot of research before ordering security cameras. We wanted something that we could use the IR features on and the best bang for the buck. Wireless was a requirement as the space we wanted to view didn't have any electrical plugs any place close. For what our requirements were, the Logitech seemed a good choice. We were quite disappointed. We waited to write this review to ensure the issues we were having weren't just flukes.Issue 1. Limited mounting capabilities. You can't mount on the underside of a beam or ledge and point the camera at a 45 degree angle. The ring to mount on a window is very loose and will disconnect if bumped at all.Issue 2. IR and battery life. We continually had issues with one of the exterior cameras battery dying after less than a day installed. When we turned off the IR feature, we had no issues with battery life. This is unacceptable when we purchased these cameras specifically for the IR feature.Issue 3. Unable to upgrade the subscription to have 30-days of images / video stored online. I have tried time and time again to get this feature, and have had to reach out to Logitech support to create a case.As for the functionality - they are decent cameras. Ease of Installation / Management - full marks. They were all easy to install and manage, but so far we are only able to view the feed on one phone. This is also a frustration.

one mount arrived broken, the other has now broken while I had it on the window sill as a test. Cameras slow to wake up, and it takes a long time to connect. Logitech support in not very responsive, and even if you are willing to buy a new mount, they don't sell them. Unfortunately, I am going to switch to another brand.

We are super happy with these cameras. Their performance inside and outside the property (wired and not) has been great so far. They look unobtrusive and the camera app interface is easy. Light installation too. We like that the company is neutral but integrated with home apps if needed. Our only concern is speculative—did we buy l these just before a very significant upgrade release? Because that is probably the only way these would improve.

Nice Video Quality. The battery life is short. The alerts Stink. It will alert you when nothing happens but if a person walks in the front door you get nothing. The WiFi extension is really low. I had it outside less then 25ft away from my router. So it would lose WiFi connection all the time.

First... they are not new. The description doesn’t say it but the name of the store should have clues me in. Second... I have been using two of these bad boys for some time now and love them. So easy to pair... but not these ones. One has a flashing yellow ring and never becomes bootable. The other appears to be ready to pair but is never found through Bluetooth.Returning for my money back. These things suck.

Bought Circle 2 combo pack for the front door and the back door. The motion sensor is working great day and night - battery level is still above 85% after 1 week of usage. I doubt that the battery will last 3 months as it was advertised but guess that it can still go 4 to 6 weeks. The whole set up process with my iPhone took less than 5 minutes.

These cameras are not worth the bother. The batteries do not last and I have to change them out at least weekly. It it is cold or damp out they just stop working all together even though they were in a covered area. So I brought them inside and went to a plugged in configuration. They constantly go off line and need to be reset. The video lag when using the app makes them useless as a security system or communication device.
