Almost perfect coffee maker
Very easy to use. Does exactly as it says and will Brew in 3 minutes.Only improvement I would ask for would be a larger carafe. The 10 cups it makes go much too quickly with regular size mugs.

Cold coffee. Poor design. Expected a lot more from Bunn.
This product is completely frustrating to use. The instructions are easy to follow, but it will not make hot coffee by following those Instructions. The instructions tell you to turn the power switch on after filling the reservoir, then close the lid and it will begin to brew. This will not get you hot coffee, the only way to do that is to leave the power switch on 24/7. The top of the carafe has a fairly large open hole, so if you can even get hot coffee, it will get cold very quick. I’m very surprised that I spent $276 on this unit and it has this issue. This coffee maker has an internal reservoir where you can store two additional carafes of water. I suspect that’s why you will always get cold coffee unless you leave the switch on all the time. Bunn really needs to correct this issue and make this unit better if they plan to continue charging people almost $300 for this unit. As-is, I wouldn’t pay more than $30 for this unit. I was extremely disappointed with this product. All they need to do is make one small change and this would be a product I would rave about. I would not recommend.
