I bought this pillow because of the high customer review rate, supreme quality memory foam, and product certification. I have been trying out many pillows that are available locally in-store. Still, none of them can provide me with comfort and reliability, such as using Zibroges memory foam after using this pillow for about two weeks. I give some thoughts about the product. I noticed that I can fall asleep quickly and have no issue with neck pain in the morning. I also like the soft-touch foam pillow for the neck support design. I will repurchase it and recommend this pillow to everyone. Pro: It looks elegant, high quality, and super comfortable. Con: Only one pillowcase is included.

Bought this for my husband as he uses only the indented neck pillows. He loves it. It's so well made. It came vacuum sealed and only took about 30 min or so to expand. There is some egg crate foam under the neck area for some extra comfort. I don't usually use these kinds of pillows but I did lay on it and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. I may even consider getting one for myself. He is very happy with his new pillow. Not too firm not too soft. Great price and value for the money in my opinion. Very supportive and has the cooling effect that makes it perfect for any season.

I’ve been using this pillow for maybe half a year. It hasn’t flattened out. I found my neck doesn’t hurt as much since I started using this pillow. If I’m having a tension headache, sometimes I do need to switch to a softer pillow because it can be too firm on the back of the head. It’s easy to take the protective cover off and wash that. Keeps the pillow from getting dirty. I’d buy this pillow again.

I decided to try the Zibroges Pillow after reading about it on Amazon and looking at the pictures and reviewing the ergonomics of the pillow. I was waking up each morning with a “stiff neck” and painful, stiff shoulders, so I decided to try it out to see if it would make a difference with my neck and shoulders. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about a month now, and I can’t believe how much of a difference it has made in such a short amount of time. I wake up every morning feeling great! No more stiff neck and shoulders and no more pain and sore muscles. The pillow has a “cooling” area in the middle which feels amazing! I sleep on my back, sides and sometimes my stomach throughout the night, and no matter which position I sleep in, I always wake up feeling good and no sore neck. There are two different heights at both ends of the pillow, and I use both ends depending on which position I’m sleeping, and both heights feel good for different sleeping positions. The “cooling” area in the middle of the pillow is throughout the whole middle part of the pillow, so no matter which end I sleep on, the cooling area is there, and it’s very soothing. If you are trying to decide whether or not you should purchase the pillow, just go ahead and do it! You won’t regret your decision. I was so happy I decided to try it because I love it, and it has made a world of difference. It has changed my whole sleeping experience, no more pain and stiffness in the morning, and I have even found that I fall asleep faster because of the comfort. This is a very well made product. I’ve only Slept on it one night. I did notice it was cool when I woke up, however I did have a slight ache on both sides of my neck. It is firm. I’ll try again but may return it. I thought the concept made so much sense, it could be just not the right pillow for me. I did not wake up with a headache as with other pillows. Thank You 😃

For more than 6 months I was having neck pain every morning. My neck was stiff and I was having difficulty getting a good nights sleep. I did everything from changing pillows to using no pillow at all. In desperation I went online to find some answers on how to relieve my painful mornings, (which I was now suffering through out the day). Then I read about the Zibroges Premium Ergonomic Cervical Pillow. I liked what I read, the "center cavity design and the neck contour design". So... I ordered one from Amazon.com. I was very excited, like a kid on Christmas Morning, when my new pillow was delivered. It was mid-day but I really wanted to try out the new pillow. Immediately I could feel that this was the relief I needed. That short 20 minute nap proved I had found the correct pillow. The next morning I awoke with NO Painful neck, No Stiff muscles and well rested..! I had found the ZIBROGES Premium Ergonomic Cervical Pillow was the answer to ending my sleepless nights and painful mornings.

I received the pillow and it needed to additional free insert to make it taller. I emailed the seller as instructed, and they emailed back to ask for an order number. I’ve not heard back since, haven’t received my insert, and have even emailed twice again. Poor customer service. This was a waste of money. I can’t even use it.

This pillow broke my jaw. After 4 days I started getting jaw pains and neck pain. I didn’t make it a week with this one. It’s just to hard and low for me. The material is good quality so is the workmanship but this thing hits some pressure points on your neck and face. I returned to my original pillow brand and I’m now sleeping like a baby. Not for me.
