Love this pan
I re-seasoned the pan before first use, don’t really know if that was necessary. The pan is a pleasure to use for paella. Used my Big Green Egg and the temperature across the pan seemed very even. Formed a nice socarrat crust on the bottom. Clean up was very easy. For someone that likes to make paella, in my opinion this pan is definitely an upgrade to the standard steel pan.

Expensive but well made
My daughter and her partner bought the Kamado Joe BBQ last year so when a birthday came up and they said they would like a paella pan I bought them this. They love it. It's well made and heats evenly across the whole pan.
