I'm pretty happy with this cooker.I've always had to start my bacon before anything else because I don't like to cook it too fast on high heat on the stove in a frying pan. I cook it on medium heat starting with a cold pan and cold bacon. this way renders a lot of the fat out and the bacon is crisp and not real curly and burnt.This cooker gives me the about the same result, but with the added bonus of being able to cook eggs, or chaffles, or anything I am adding to breakfast.Also if I want some crumbled bacon for a salad or casserole, it's ready in a few minutes without having to go through the whole frying pan and longer time to cook mess.I also heat up left overs in one of the trays and the lid. Very handy at keeping anything from popping and dirtying up the micro nuker.It's a handy gadget, just make sure everything is fit together properly and you'll be in bacon heaven in no time.Good price now that it's discounted a bit.
