Changing the plates!
I haven’t actually used it yet, but I want to comment on it.There are no instructions on how to change the plates!!! This is ridiculous!!! I had to research it. I found it!The parts that are on the outside of where the plates sit are removable! Pull those off with a sliding motion perpendicular with the iron. Just be careful...the plates can slide off at the same time & fall to the floor!

So far I'm in love with this straightener. It gets my messy, wavy, frizzy hair slick straight. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair since using it. I love the adjustable temperature and that the two controls (heat and on/off) are in a spot that I can't accidentally hit them will doing my hair.Shipping was beyond fast. I've already recommended this straightener to two of my co-workers, who were very excited about the price and what it's done for my hair.
