Perfect heating till 6 hr.My lunch get packed at 7.00 am and I have it at 1.00 pm. Dal , rice , vegitable everything is sufficiently warm.Happy to buy this.

I recently purchased this lunch box, which claims to keep food warm for 8 hours. However, during my first use, I discovered a significant design flaw. The small white caps on the container, intended to release steam, are extremely prone to coming loose and getting lost during cleaning or dishwashing.To make matters worse, without these caps, the lunch box leaks from the container, rendering it useless. I'm not alone in this experience; another user has posted a video demonstrating the same issue.What's even more frustrating is that the company doesn't provide spare caps, leaving customers with a defective product.

Best product and very easy to use

The rubber ring placed in the middle of the lid of the tiffan is coming out due to may be hot food, then what is the use if the ring comes out then how will it remain hot.The company has made the tiffin to keep it warm for a long time. For this, a rubber ring has been installed in all the lids of the tiffin, but if this ring comes out as soon as the food gets heated, then how will the food remain hot and the company claims. How

It's very good product

Hi, I just received the package and noted some rubber seal was outside the box. It doesn't maintain hot or cold up to the specified duration as mentioned in the product description or advertisement in Amazon platform. Worst part is lunch box containers emits the food temperature. I couldn't even touch if the food is hot.

Do not buy this product. I bought this 4 tier borosil hot lunch box for my husband. The look and finish is excellent and the size of the containers inside is just enough for packing a well planned meal.But the biggest issue with this very expensive product is leakage. The silicone/ rubber rings in the lid of each container do not fit , it gets lifted and when my husband opens it in his office first of all the leaked food drops everywhere , the rubber rings from the lids are swimming in the daal or whatever is packed .Borosil has been my go to brand for many years but now no more. A product so expensive is marketed without a simple usability test. Looks like they spent the whole budget in Making it look great and forgot to get a simple good quality packing ring for the lids . It is such a waste .Now to salvage this very expensive tiffin I will have to hunting for the packing rings😨😨 or forget the 3k spent

Food remains fresh and hot , but the containers leak due to loose silicon sealer..Capacity looks small but hold adequate quantity.
