Q: what are the dimensions of this bag?

It fits a 27" to 32" LCD in length, 19" in height and approximately 6" in width.

Q: What are the internal dimensions?

Not sure exactly but probably about an inch or so shorter than external dimensions. It's roomy but fits my 32 inch monitor well.

Q: I have a samsung 32 inch qled 4k uhd tv, will it fit in the case?

This case is for displays up to 32". I believe it should fit

Q: Does this work with curved monitors?

Honestly is going to to depend solely on the slope of the curve. If the curve is to great, the product will not support is properly and will fall over when attempting to stand it upright. The newer curved monitors for gaming I don't think will work because you are going to need a greater depth to the bag. Your best bet is to measure the distance from the back of the monitor to the further front point of the monitor. If that is less than the inner depth of the case, then it will work, otherwise no.
