I have terrible chronic abdominal pain and my posture is awful from trying to offset my pain. I’ve worn this for a few hours each day for the last week and it has helped quite a bit. Not only am I standing straighter but it’s correcting my spine and pulling my upper body away from my abdomen.

I’ve had this almost a month now, and I can tell a difference, even without wearing it daily. I’ve only used it an hour here and there, but since I started, I have not had the back pain I used to have. I sit at a desk all day, so this has helped not only my posture, but also those back and neck pains I used to have.

Straps are so short and it is not heavy duty. It almost feels cheap. Would seek a refund. Do not recommend.

Not really made for guys my size. I'm a 4x and it's too small. Very tight and I can only wear it for about 5 minutes before my arms start feeling numb.
