Company focused on customer service
Recently bought a gate opening kit and bought these additional remote so that everyone had one attached to their car keys/key chain. Thy are solid, seem well-made and work exactly as you would expect - in fact the distance they can activate the gates from is quite impressive for a small unit. What is most pleasing about this purchase is however the quality of the customer service and their commitment to ensure that you are satisfied with the products they sell. Had an issue with one of the actuators on the gate and they resolved it immediately, no fuss, no hassle, just stood behind their product and made sure the customer was happy. I am glad we bought the extra transmitters, the kit came with two, so the two extra helps, but more I am happy I bought TOPEN products.

Great product. Compatible with my gate opener. Easy programming, just press the pair button on the control panel of the gate opener and double press the top button on the remote, then one more time to send the open/close signal to the gate.

Easy to install and such a great price
The remotes came in a 2 pack. The remotes are very easy to install and cheap enough that everyone in the family can have a remote. Your gate opener kit comes with 2 remotes, but I needed 2 more. Now everyone in my family has a remote.

Topens gate opener remote
The media could not be loaded. Remotes work well and from aGood distance,easy to set up 👍

Easy to Program. Common in design may confuse with other brands.
They work great. Easy to program with the control board. The plastic bottom is a little filmsy and in Canadian winter moisture gets in and may cause problems. Biggest problem is this design is too common and I mistakenly bought some "TOPENS remotes" from Amazon that is not original TOPENS product and can't do nothing with them. However, customer service is superb! And I received refund even for those 3rd party remotes that came from a different store.
