this did not work for my Samsung printer but use the old chip from my empty cartridge it worked but the printing would have been a lot better with the proper chip'' they do give instructions '' but for me, they did not work'' with their chip on the cartridges '' but I got an old Samsung printer which is chip free and was able to use the other cartridge on it, without the chip'', why'' I just hate sending anything back ''

Great product! Works well! Needs instructions, you have to unclip a few things first before you insert it.Not very clear for a newbie.
