This is actually the second time I’ve purchased this product! Works great through the Aiwit app. They have an extremely reasonable subscription of only 30$ for the whole year. You can add multiple cameras. Very clear footage. Clear speech when someone rings the bell from both the little speaker that can be placed inside the home and from the phone app as well!! I will be purchasing a couple for my mother’s home as well! I highly recommend!

I ordered one and it lasted about a year and then it broke. So this is my second one to replace it so far. I'm happy with the service and happy with it. It's cheaper and better than a ring doorbell

I was so excited to grab a camera that was reasonable in price, easy install and a decent picture. This camera gave me that for a couple of months and that was that. I purchased a new phone and tried to redownload the app. I get the app downloaded, I’m logged in and it doesn’t acknowledge my device, matter of fact does not even show up as my device, doesn’t show up at all! I delete the camera, try to set it up again as a new device and it tells me that I MUST delete it from the authorized user, I AM THE AUTHORIZED USER and I HAVE ALREADY DELETED THE DEVICE! I have tried to reach CS numerous times via chat and email. NO real person gets back to me, just some crappy generic how to steps. Now, I’m sitting here with a NEW Camera and cannot get it to Register again. I would not recommend this CAMERA or BRAND to anyone! I should have NOT wanted to save a penny and should have gone with the RING right out the gate. As they say..YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! #TRASH

So far so good and easy to use.

Works great! Only problem is you have to pay for cloud storage to be able to see videos!! But i can be miles away and talk through my phone through the doorbell!

I like how easy it was to set up considering how inexpensive the product is the quality is spot on.

Purchased two of these doorbell cameras and they both stopped working after 6 months. Tried messaging the company through the app as I can’t find a phone number. That has been a nightmare. The chat for one of the cameras has an automated response. The chat for the other camera seems to have a live person. They said they would replace that camera but I haven’t received a new one and it’s been about a month. Fortunately, Apple gave me a refund for the subscription but I’m still out of the money I paid for the devices.
