Decent Mouth Guard
The main con to this item is the lack of an instruction manual on how to mold them. However, I was able to find a guide easily on google. Just boil the mouth guard for maybe 5-10 seconds in boiling hot water, pull it out, dry it off, and stick it in your mouth quick and hold it for 30 seconds. Then rinse and cold water and voila, fixed.

No instructions
This did not come with any instructions. I have never used a moldable mouth guard before. I'm looking forward to actually trying the product.

Way too bulky and don’t grip the teeth

Did not like them. I'll fitting and left blister on inside cheek after 1 wearing.
