Taste NirvanaGrama's Sweet Chili Sauce, 13 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I originally found this sauce as a replacement, when Popeye's stopped carrying their sweet and sour sauce. It tastes EXACTLY like it, at least to me! Anyway, it wasn't any really big deal, at first...a bottle cost a few bucks and I was fine paying it, because I looooves me some fried chicken! Anyway, we moved, and I didn't need to buy any for a year or so (I don't love it THAT much!). Somewhere, in the intervening time, this stuff became slightly rarer than depleted uranium, wreathed in the breath of virgins. I mean...seriously?!? $35 a BOTTLE?! So, obviously, I needed to get another bottle or two, so when I found one on Amazon for around $6, I snatched it. Shortly afterward, I was amazed to find this offer, and now I have enough sauce to cover my needs for probably five years or more...

I love this chili sauce. Have bought other brands in several in supermarkets with mixed results and then last year in Florida I found Grama’s by luck. I tried to buy more but could not find it. Found it on Amazon. This sauce has just enough spice to make it interesting but not overpowering. Great for Chinese egg rolls and dumplings, but good as a dip for mixed with sour cream and mayo. Try it, you will not be sorry.

I don't know why this sauce has suddenly become so scarce. We use it on Buddha bowls, salads, etc. One of the six bottles in the case was broken during shipment but the vendor immediately offered a partial refund and we're happy.

Just arrived today. Hubby saw “chili” and said no way. I dipped a chopstick in it for him to try and he loved it! It’s sweet with a very minor kick that is very tolerable. Using this to marinade some boneless pork chops for our veggie and buckwheat noodle stir fry tonight. Will update dinner after done but so far, flavor by itself is wonderful.

I like this particular product so much that when I couldn't find it in the store, I ordered a box of them off the internet. Because it's worth it.

This stuff is drinkablly delicious!! It’s so so so good. We put it on everything from chicken to Rice to veggies to shrimp.
