Faithfull Aluminium Rivets (500) 5MM Medium, FAIAR5M500

I was making stage boxes and needed to rivet the xlr sockets into them. This did the job really well.

Used in this case for securing a bicycle head badge, performed as expected.

After reading the reviews, my hubby & I were very impressed with these, all snapped as they should, even my friends daughter had a go, so yes I would buy these again.

Used many rivets with none of them not performing as they should so a happy customer.

Big box of rivets, and they are cheap, but on most of them the pin doesn't break properly, so a small bit FIRES out the back of the rivet gun (god bless safety specs) and there is a good bit still attached to the rivet. The only way to sort it is to wiggle the rivet gun to break the pin, but this leaves a sharp bit on the top of the rivet, and if you try and file it, you will damage the rivet. Also, it makes the rivets really difficult to drill out if you need to replace them.I bought longer rivets from the same company to see if it was just me using the wrong rivets for the job, and had the same problem. Bought different brand ones (from B&Q) and those ones worked great, so it's not my rivet gun.I wouldn't use these if your rivets are to be on show or in a public area.

Sur le descriptif c’est marqué 5MM et en réalité c’est du 4,8MM c’est pas ce que je voulais mais vu le prix la qualité je l’ai garde. Fais attention !!
