First of all, I'd like to state I am a 5' tall, 129 lb. woman. That said, I expected installing this toilet to be challenging but it was very easy after my husband helped me unbox and carry it into the bathroom. I did the rest.I especially like the three bolt system of attaching the tank to the base as it makes the toilet extra strong and secure without any rocking.The height is perfect. You might think this toilet might be too tall but again, I'm only 5 ft. tall and it is just right .The only problem I had (and it really wasn't a problem) was this inside of the tank because the chain was too long and it wouldn't flush proplerly. It was an easy fix; all it had to do was move the clip on the chain down by six links and voila! It works great.I'm happy I chose this toilet.

We had toilet that when it flushed sounded like a canon had been fired through the house. After 15 years I was done with it. I did a good deal of researching toilets and finally decided on this Kohler K-3999-0 Highline Comfort 1.2 gallon toilet.What a great decision. It's so quiet. And one flush takes care of all the business.Plus it's good looking.I highly recommend it if your criteria is similar to mine.

I wanted to buy a good quelity toilet by Kholer but Amazon sent me to a store in Utah and we live inFlorida, I didn't like that. The store seems to be a new one and don't know very much how to run it.I kept whatever they sent me. It's still pretty but the handle is on the opposite side. The store insistedthat it was the item that I ordered. The problem is that according to its explanations, it looked like it wassuppossed to have the handle on the other side. It's not really that important but the plumber told me that most people have the handle on the other side. How did this happen, why this confusion? We don't know. Maybe it was Kholer's fault that thinks that the right side is when you get up and turn around.

I'm 6'3" so I needed the extra height. The dual flush is great. Push on the handle quick for half a flush or hold it for 2 seconds for full flush. There's not much water in the bowl and I thought it was a flaw but it's enough for a huge movement to be gone. Best toilet ever for tall people. Read the description, no seat included. But it's still worth the money. Arrived in 3 days with no breakage.

I received the Kohler toilet and seat (not included) as advertised to replace a shorter, leg numbing toilet with an ever-moving seat that constantly came loose. Uninstalling the previous toilet was the most difficult part. I made sure to save the hardware in case I needed it -- and I did. The new seat was easy to install, but did not come with the t-bolts to fasten secure the toilet to the floor. Not a problem. I also had to purchase a longer (16") water supply line from ACE since the previous shorter toilet had a 12" line that was exactly the right length - for that toilet. This toilet added 1-1 1/2" to the height so it would not reach. Once I had that in hand, the installation went smoothly. I am extremely happy with this combination of toilet and seat. The height is perfect for us and does not cause the legs to fall asleep as the previous one did. In addition, the seat will not move. I can perch upon the throne with complete peace of mind and not worry that it will slip to the side. In addition, the flush is quick, efficient and quiet. We are very happy we finally made this change and wish we had done it before now.

I’ve had this low height low flow bowls in other bathrooms- this thing is fantastic! I got it installed and thought there wasn’t a lot of water in the bowl, but when you flush it, with a small tank that it has the water is so powerful it made me stand back a little- it’s like there’s an electric pump flushing it down. Very heavy & the height is great so urine doesn’t hit the water and splash up on the rim- ordering from Amazon- they go through Ups, when delivered, looked like they dropped it off a 4 story building- I ordered through Lowe’s- Chechen it before I took it out of the store, was fine

I got this toilet quick. As I opened the box, the end of the bowl, where the tank attaches was broken. Could have been during shipping. As this was a heavy Item, I didn't want to return it. I used some silicone to seal where the back bolt was. Filled it up today and it is holding water. It is a great toilet and I'm not blaming the seller for the condition. I would recommend purchasing one.
