I switched over to Suave styling paste for the feel. I've tried many other styling paste and they were all very thick and made it hard to style my hair because of how thick my hair is. I like how this paste is not as thick but holds very well!!After I apply a small amount, I wet my hands and gently wet my hair. This method for me holds my hair all day long. Doesn't have that hard shiny look but holds very well. I've made the right choice switching to this brand of paste.

For best hair control

I gave it four stars instead of five because the price is too high. I used to get this Suave paste at a local brick and mortar retailer for less that $4 a can. They stopped carrying it, so I had to resort to the internet. But seriously, I would choose this over Crew or any other paste.

This has firm but not stiff hold. Matte not shiny. And…..wait for it…..affordable
