Diabolis Interium (Re-Issue + Bonus)

Dark Funeral play black metal in a similar fashion to Mayhem, Darkthrone etc. But the production however is a lot better than most of the early 90's Norwegian stuff - this sounds great on full blast coming out of huge speakers, and it's not watered down with keyboards so it's really heavy.

Finally, after having heard "New Obscurantis order" by Anorexia Nervosa and Infernal Eternal by Marduk, i thought symphonic black metal couldnt get any better, and along cam Dark Funeral! truly a masterpiece of a cd, all the trakcs blow you into a state of satanic delirium, and tracks like "Goddes of sodomy" really stand out with the initial phrases, screeched out by Ljörn Berkland ( a really excellent singer for those of you who think dani filth is anything near good) Truly a must buy for metal fans

What can I say? Its Dark Funeral. This album is awesome, just buy it!!!!
