Perfect color match and perfect fit --> update on replacing rubber guard
Perfect color match for Blanco anthracite sinks and perfect fit for my Insinkerator Evolution disposal. It does slow the speed that water drains out of the sink but that doesn't bother me. Very pleased.Edit Oct 2020: Still happy with this. It looks great despite daily use -- no loss of color, no chipping, etc. The rubber splash guard started to wear out a few months ago and I took a chance and bought what's available at the big box stores, Insinkerator model QCB-AM splash guard. Even though it's slightly larger than the original rubber guard, you can get it to fit by working around the edge and pushing it evenly down into the flange. It doesn't sit as low as the original, but it fits and works just fine. The top of the splash guard is still lower than the edge of the flange. I added a new picture with the replacement rubber guard.

Matches My White One Bowl Granite Sink Perfectly
I have a Delta Bronze-Gold new faucet and matching cabinet handles. I didn't want a silver flange in my new white one bowl granite sink. I researched so many and decided on this one as it is made of components that really hold up. It won't rust, crack or peel like so many others do.East to install and looks so nice in my white sink. The only negative is that there is a little bit of a rim between the flange and sink. At times, food gets stuck. However, I just wipe around after I spray some orange cleaner and it is as clean as can be.Glad I found this item and would buy again. Really, does the trick.

Not worth the money!!
Waste of money. It’s all plastic and I wonder if it will last. I was surprised when I got it and saw it was cheap plastic considering I paid $45 for it. It matched the sink perfectly but the soft rubber thing that stops the big stuff makes the water drain really slow, so it gets backed up. I hate it. You have to put something in the drain to push down the soft rubber thing so the water will drain out of the sink. It’s so stupid. So then I went To buy a new rubber thing but a standard size one is too big. The diameter is smaller so not even the stopper from the garbage disposal fits. The cheap hard plastic thing they sent with it to use as a food catcher/stopper doesn’t even plug the water. I guess they thought that the soft rubber thing backs up the water enough to hand wash ?? I don’t know but a total waste of money and money I want to take it out. I hope I can figure it out without calling by plumber back 🤨

This is simply a cosmetic piece that snaps in on top of your Insinkerator stainless steel flange. Looks great.
This piece is simple decoration that snaps into the existing Insinkerator flange that's used to mount your disposer. Mount the disposer normally then this piece snaps in. It's not meant to hold the disposer or be any more than a cosmetic change so your disposer flange looks like the sink material, rather than bright stainless steel. The included instructions say that if you're using an Insinkerator Evolution *Pro* series, you have to remove the OEM Insinkerator rubber splash guard from the flange and use the included Blanco one on the bottom of this trim piece, then install it.However, I was using an Insinkerator Evolution *Essential* model and these instructions don't work at all. I could not snap in the ring into the flange. So I removed the Blanco rubber stopper completely and this piece snapped in perfectly to the flange. I then pressed the Blanco rubber flange down into the Insinkerator flange from the top and it then fit perfectly.Included strainer/stopped works well, although be aware if you unscrew the nut too far, you'll undo the entire thing and the bolt will then drop into your disposer. You'll see what I mean when you attempt to unscrew the nut in the center.

Pretty good for what it's actually intended to do
It needs to be understood up front that this is not really a sink flange -- as several reviewers have already stated, it's an insert that goes inside of an existing InSinkerator disposal flange. I guess that's why they've renamed it a "disposal stopper and strainer." And yes, it's designed to fit the inSinkerator flange. It would not fit a Kohler flange that I had used with my Badger disposal. It probably won't fit other brands, as well. One other glitch -- the instructions, comments, and even the video on the Blanco site all show that you have to remove the existing Badger rubber splash guard and replace it with the one provided. I didn't want to do that, since the Blanco one isn't nearly as good in construction or quality, but I gave it a try -- and discovered that my (cheap) Badger One disposal has an integrated splash guard and can't be mounted without it. So I reinstalled my disposal with the existing splash guard. When I tried to push the Blanco insert (er, "Disposal stopper") into place, I didn't think it would work -- but I pushed hard and it snapped into place just fine! It fits very securely and matches the (cafe brown) Blanco sink perfectly in color and texture.Several reviewers have complained that it's made of some type of composite plastic. It is -- but that's a feature, not a bug. Painted metal flanges almost always chip, scratch, or otherwise peel away. I expect (hope, really) that this one will do better than the metal one it replaces. I think it looks great. Is it over priced? Yes, without question. Does the strainer work very well? No. It doesn't drain efficiently, but I don't want or need a strainer over my disposal anyway. Very occasionally I need a stopper, and it does that just fine.

Blanco garbage disposal stopper
My original blanco stopper went missing after the cleaning crew finished their day and this replacement was exactly what was the old stopper. It was a great price, came in very quickly and functions just like the old one, perfectly.

Doesn't work
Nice strainer and flange - however the flange refuses to "seat" all the way inside of the insinkerator flange as others have noted. Unfortunately it doesn't even go in far enough to allow the water to drain however slowly due to at least a 1/4" gap between the insinkerator collar and this collar. Having to remove it every time I want to empty the sink is a bridge too far. Also far too expensive for what it is.

Plastic
My plumber said that this was too flimsy to install in my new Blanco sink. He actually went to Home Depot to get one he deemed appropriate. It was also much less costly.
