This lab coat is definitely better suited for a man and not unisex. The small does not fit well on a woman due to insufficient hip width. The arms are at least 4 inches longer than should be for a small woman so you might have to take it in. Pockets are very low so very inconvenient for a small woman to reach so low. The fabric and the look of it is very nice but the cut is boxy and fits a man better.

It is true in size. The buttons in this labcoat is the one I like. It has some weight, a little bit heavy in my opinion. The coat price is suitable with this quality. Overall, it is a good product!

I needed another lab coat as I left my old somewhere. I really needed to find something low cost. For the price, the quality is great. It was a bit too small for me but not by much. I did have to return and get another due to the sizing, but still overall great product.

He was just a normal person, but something extraordinary happened that day. He received a package. "A white jacket? What is this for?"He put the lab coat on and immediately felt a strange sensation. "I would most certainly remember if I had sewed together this..this.. monster."The faint smell of singed hair lingered as he was settling down to sleep, "guess I'll clean this up tomorrow." He turned out the light.His sleep came quick, and it was not long before something else started to stir.

This is a good quality coat. It washed and dried well. It is comparable in quality to my other lab coats. Buttons needed reinforcement but that is true of pretty much every brand of lab coat these days. It looks OK. The sleeves are long and the fit is very lean and straight - would look good on a tall man. I am a curvy, short woman. I had to have the sleeves shortened. It fits per the sizing for the manufacturer but it just goes straight down and is not flattering. It is also very long. I am 5' 4" and it hits me mid-calf. I am keeping it at work for an emergency lab coat but I don't like the style/fit it enough to wear regularly. If you are very tall and thin and like the skinny rectangle cut then it is a very nice coat.

I got this for a costume, so I can't comment on its lab use.It was a good size and weight for the costume, giving the desired "mad professor" vibe. It also took color dye well (blood, you know). Held together much better than most costume-grade clothing, so it'll probably be recycled for next year's Halloween.
