The book physically measures “near” 8” wide, “near” 10” tall, and just “under” ½” thick. It’s a handsome book, with wonderfully thick pages, a thick cardboard type of hard cover, and a beautifully textured cloth like spine that reaches into the hard cover. The wording is clear and dark on the pages, even when a colored background. The size of the type and look of the fonts are perfect. It’s a very high quality book.Why was this published?It’s about the stories of others. This is a book that makes up a brilliant series of books about the stories of others, starting from their youth, the series touches on athletes, activists, artists, designers, environmentalists, royalty, scientists, and others, who seek out many pursuits, such as social justice, social change, diversity, advancing the environment, and such. It’s about a child who dreams to make a difference; it’s about encouragement, following passions, achievement, never giving up, and so much more, such as personal struggle and challenges. It’s a wonderful picture book too, beautifully illustrated. This is for young readers and even seasoned readers, especially when they read to young readers. This for anyone who wants to learn, it’s about participating; celebrating awareness to friendship and raising awareness, but most of all, having fun.
