Good moisturiser but overpriced
I have not tried this brand before so I was keen to try this Elemental Herbology moisturiser. The packaging and bottle are sleek and well presented.I like how the pump dispenses the cream smoothly to avoid waste. The cream isn’t too heavy nor greasy and it made my skin feel softer and well moisturised. In regard to the anti-aging effect, it is not something I’ve noticed though I don’t really have any wrinkles or fine lines as of yet.I do like the texture of the cream and the scent however, I do think it is overpriced, as there are other moisturiser’s that perform similarly for a fraction of the cost.Overall, I like the cream but I can’t justify the cost for what it delivers.

Skin feels soft and quite smooth
The media could not be loaded. I had been interested in trying Elemental Herbology products for some time so I was really looking forward to trying this. The packaging and branding looks crisp, clean and contemporary, and I like that it's unisex in design. It's a plastic container, though, with no mention of having used recycled or post consumer plastic so it feels a little at odds with the promotion of the natural ingredients and elements of the product. For the price point, I would have expected a glass bottle or, at the very least, recycled plastic to make it more environmentally friendly. So, to the product itself. The moisturiser has a cream texture and feels rich on the skin. My skin feels immediately softer but there is no sign of anti ageing benefits and it's not as moisturising as I would like, although I've only been able to use it for under two weeks so far when skincare can take up to three months to show noticeable improvements. There has been no difference in the fine lines around my eyes and mouth and it seems to emphasise my pores. It has a lot of ingredients, many of which should make my skin feel nourished and deeply moisturised, but while my skin feels soft and quite smooth in some areas, it doesn't feel greatly improved or noticeably better over the time I've been using it.Obviously, skincare is subjective and different people will have varying experiences with the same product but, for me, having tested hundreds of products for brands and market research panels, the user experience and the efficacy are a little disappointing given the price point. I will continue to use it, though, to see if I get any longer term benefits having used it for a more indicative period of time.

Effective Moisturiser
The Elemental Herbology Cell Active Moisturiser helps soften lines and wrinkles, whilst being light and non-greasy. It contains Hyaluronic Acid, which maintains skin hydration and reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and Liftonin, which gently firms and strengthens the skin. It is easy to apply and you only need 1-2 pumps of moisturiser to clean, dry skin every morning and evening. Overall, a great moisturiser with great skin benefits.

My own spa treatment
I came across this during a spa day in Bath. I thoroughly enjoyed it and then saw it on Amazon. It’s quite a rich cream and is a little heavy. It is an effective moisturiser and is ideal for more mature skin which is the stated aim of the product. It isn’t greasy and it is absorbed into the skin quickly and leaves it feeling hydrated and plump. The fragrance may not be for every age group but I like it.I can get by with one pump rather than two which suggests it will last a while.

Easy to use, aesthetically pleasing
Waited a week before review so I have used this product daily now for 7 days. It's not heavily scented at all. It smells mild and quite gender neutral although there is a fragrance. The bottle dispenser is really useful and easier than using a tube. It's been a lot better for me than my usual sensitive skin cream of a very well known brand, as I had no reaction at all to this and it made no irritation around my eyes. Its very much a moisturiser and not anti aging for me however but it is bright and light. Some of the reviews i feel may be from people who don't frequently use creams for example. It's light and you need one or two pumps maximum to do your whole face and neck. I don't know the price and this usually informs my reviews a lot as I've tried all sorts so usually compare well but the product is currently not available. I would pay £20 for this and be happy. The packaging is really nice and again suitable for men and women. I like the branding a lot. The metal aspect isn't something I'm sure of as putting metal on faces reminds me of something the Tudors would probably have done lol but the last cream I reviewed on here was a lot smaller and highly priced and I prefer this one by miles. Regardless of reviews I will continue to use this and It moisturises well without any residue and I apply skin make up quickly afterwards and it glides on flawlessly. I usually don't wear make up daily either and this hasn't left a shiny base for me either. It leaves a nice glow. 4 stars due to the fact I don't know the price!
