Sitting here trying to use this socket holder on my new socket set up, have to sit and drill these holes out over and over so the sockets fit at least one on each row is too small, absolute garbage don’t waste your money

These take up more space than your standard socket rail does but you don't have to fight the prongs to remove and insert the sockets. Nicely marked on the front so that you can see the sizes clearly. Even through the rubber pads in my tool drawers the magnet on the bottom stops these from trying to slide around and I am able to hold it upside down without sockets falling out (I am sure a good jarring would knock a few loose but not a deal breaker for me). I will say I was surprised at the large sizes on the 1/2 inch holders going up to 1 1/4. I did have to move my sockets down to a deeper drawer due to the height when you utilize the deep socket holders. I have put off picking up a set like this for a while due to price but now that I have them I am happy. Like I said, these take up more space than I expected but compared to what I was using before these do allow me a bit more room in the drawer but being able to more easily identify the sizes, retrieve, and insert sockets I am pretty happy. The magnets are strong enough to hold everything but not so strong you have to fight to pick up the whole tray if you want to bring it over to your work area. Personally I am a bit on the fence with the colors as black tends to look "cleaner" but it also isn't as noticeable if you are in low light so a red/blue combo or some other bright color might be a nice option.

Seems like a nice organizer that will work with normal sockets of the indicated size. Unsure if impact sockets would fit. I didn't have any that were handy to check. There is some clearance between the socket and the holder itself.In a certain way, I wish the sockets were organized the same so that each 19mm socket would be next to each other, but that would make the whole organizer wider. This is a compromise that some might not accept, but it might be a deal breaker for some. Will work well in my toolbox.

Continuing the quest for ultimate organization and maximizing space, I picked up this magnetic socket organizer for 1/4 metric sockets. I had one that used the little plastic posts, and while it was ok, I didn't like it all that much. This one tales up a little less space and has a magnetic base that helps hold the sockets in place. The size labels are easy to read and keeps everything in its place and well organized. Love getting the toolbox a cleaner look.

The magnets are great the sockets stay in place. They are easy to grab and toss back into their space. The only issue I had was that they take up a bit of space. I am use to having tons of sockets in a very tight place ... so it really depends on your tool chest layout ... These are great for the top of the box, that is where I keep my sockets. I give them a 4-star just because I wish they foot print size was a little smaller. Quality wise they get 5-stars.

Picked this up for the truck box to keep some sockets organized and it works wonderfully for its intended purpose. Very strong magnet and holds all sockets in place. Excellent material and quality craftsmanship. Will order another for Metric sets

Prior to getting this all my sockets we just loose in a drawer at my workbench. Using this I was able to store my complete collection. Each organizer has slots for tall and short sockets. The magnetic plates not only hold your sockets secure but also can be used to position the organizers somewhere easy to access while you are working. These organizers also feel very solid and well built. I would highly recommend these for anyone that is in need of something to organize their sockets.

I've picked up a few of these and either they don't hold the sockets in place well or they hold them too well!This organizer seems to have found the sweet spot where the sockets are held in place well, but not so well you need the power of thor to remove a specific one.Definitely picking up more to organize my other drawers.
