This works great. It took about three days to reach the level needed but otherwise it's perfect. They are pretty easy to swallow & I suggest taking with food. I highly recommend.

I’ve taken these for years and would never go without.

Tablets are large, but went down okay. Still only a few weeks on them, twice a day. Haven't noticed anything yet, but hoping. Maybe it takes a month or so for a build up and then start feeling better, but I did notice that my feet and lower legs NOT swelling. I am not sure if that is part of this process, but I did notice that, but mu joints still ache... But as I said, maybe it takes a bit longer to adjust in me. Fingers crossed that it will work down the road.

I believe the pills work well.
