Not sure i fully understand the dimensions ? Does the 4.5cm refer to the size of the bulb face (i.e 4.5 squared), and the 3.8 to the depth ??

The bulb Square face is 3.8 X 3.8 and is approximately 4.5 deep from the top of the connector to the glass face.

what colour is the light from these bulbs. are they 2900k. should say on the box.
