Just what I needed
I have been using this book for 3 weeks now and really like it. Previously my exercise routine was regular long walks. I cycled to work until I was 50 and jogged when I was young.What I like about this book is that it's easy to incorporate into your morning routine, and it covers everything: upper body, lower body and core strength, plus back stretches, two cardio sessions and one yoga-type session per week. I enjoy all the exercises, and soon I will be ready for the more intensive versions in the second half of the book.Just what I needed!

Very clear and detailed.
Exactly what I wanted. Each exercise is explained in detail with clear diagrams, and then each group of ten is summarised on a single page. Use a pair of heavy paperclamps and you can lay the whole sequence flat on the table for uninterrupted exercise.

Great exercises for everyone
I've just done the back release routine. The pictures and instructions are really clear and the exercises are simple to do. But don't be fooled! For anyone who has tried pilates or tai chi and thought they looked too easy these are deceptive and whilst easy to do are really effective. You can start off putting a bit of effort in and then progress to putting more movement and effort into the routines. Great for any level of fitness and not just for seniors.

Excellent no nonsense guide
An excellent no-nonsense guide for seniors. I love that there is a link to videos and there are diagrams; it saves time. When you just want the information delivered in a concise manner, this is the book for you. You don't want War and Peace you just want to get on with it. There is enough information about the benefits of exercising and staying fit and flexible to motivate you to get going. I highly recommend it.

10 minute workout for seniors
A good all round book for working the whole body. I am 71 years old and finding the exercises enjoyable. I have always walked and cycled but have neglected to work out my whole body, this book certainly does that. You can work at your own pace.

One of a kind!
Everything I was looking made simple and succinct - no catches or gimmicks. I have the first of these workout books and loved it so I was ecstatic when I saw this being released!The level of thought gone into each work out and the detail in each illustration makes everything so easy to follow - I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this book and the one before it!

Short and sweet
Short and sweet with pictures. All information is widely available on the internet but it's nice someone put it together as a routine. The second part of the book is the repeat of the first part with increased number of repeats.

Very useful and easy to follow
Its a great book for achieving physical fitness goals at the comfort of your home. It has exercise instructions and pictures of postures and video links that make it easy to follow. It has 10 min workout plan for the whole week. It could be a great gift for seniors in family who need a little motivation and a handy guide.

This is a very informative book about doing exercise for seniors. The pictures are very detailed, and to be able to watch someone doing them is fantastic. Haven't started yet, but I'm going to. Thanks, Brian.

Clear demonstrations on video
The book gives you the known exercise for the average person and is a good startup for seniors who think they are too sedate. Like myself, it even has videos demonstrating how to do these exercises, even a download for a log of those exercises done. Well worth the time and money and is clear and concise. 5 stars.
