The product is well designed with different settings to pamper yourself like being in a waterfall. The filter makes all the difference for a sensitive skin by feeling the freshness of the cold or hot water. I'll recommend it and will buy it again if needed.

The shower head was really quick and easy to install. I was really excited about the shoulder sprays but I can’t really feel much of a difference unless I’m using the hand held head off of the holder. I’m 5’7 and my boyfriend is 6’2 so he likes it more than me. Maybe it’s better for taller people. I did notice that the water pressure went down when this shower head was installed but it’s understandable because there’s more surface area for the water to come out.

Two in one spa shower head system.If this had only the sprayer head in plastic I could give it a 4 or higher. As it is I would have loved to give this another star, but I just am not able to get past the big plastic piece. Like most shower sprayer heads I have seen, this one is plastic as well. However, since that is pretty normal that does not earn this one a minus a star. What is strange to me is the filter holder's locking mechanism. The large bulky part that also holds the spray head. All of that is okay. But that looking system feels as if after a couple of filter changes something in it will snap, making it useless. Most likely before the spray head is able to be dropped enough to break it.My only thought is to try to use it without the filter. That will most likely not work as it feels like a compression fit based on having the filter installed. My next thought is to attempt to empty the filter and use it solely for the purpose of the compression fit.Things that I would like to see. A much smaller metal enclosure and sprayer head but sprayer heads tend to be chromed plastic or metal of choice unless specifically stated otherwise. I would also like to see a different style mounting system for the filter that maintains this unique horizontal design. I have found most of my orders for shower heads also have chromed plastic sprayer holders as we. A critical component built in plastic. Two concerns here. The force that is possible to exert on the holder and the fact that there are sometimes more than two pipe/hose connections. That is a lot of threads to get goofed up. And water weighs in at around 8-9 pounds per gallon. That is also a concern for plastic. A long hose plus water hanging from plastic connection to the pipe and then the plastic connection to the hose....Really wanted to like this one.All in all we have a big hit that I am unable to get around. I love the attempt at a new to me looking design of the horizontally mounted filter system. I am always a fan of new concepts. The implementation fails here. Plastic was just not the proper choice this time.Pros:Looks cool.Nicely designed.Super easy installaton as expected.Cons:Far too much chromed plastic.Upon closer inspection that cool look goes cold due to plastic.Most likely a shorter life span requiring replacement far too soon.I do not want to think about how careful I need to be while taking a shower.

Easy to install. Plastic feels thick enough. If you like to clean the tub every time after showering like me you’d love the cleaning mode from the back of the head. Nice pressure though it could have been better if the flow is bigger. Water pressure from the massage box is pretty good compared to the shower head.
