I do not suggest purchasing this item at all. I purchased 3 and the bidet never worked proprerly from the start. I contacted the company and the 1st promismed to replace a known pipe issue with the unit, then they offered me 30% off a new unit. However, this does not include the installation, which is complicated and most plummers are not familiar with.

Heated water worked for a day now it doesn’t. No ability to get help from the company as no response to my emails. Do not recommend.

Update: After 1 year I continue to be pleased with this product. I have not had any further issues.Original: I have two of these toilets now installed in my home. I am very pleased overall my purchase and have absolutely no regrets. There are lots of good points and some "oops" as well.First, a pro installed this for me. Since it is one-piece tankless, it is a bit heavier and awkward for a one-person install. My pro was able to manage any of the issues that came up.Now that everything is completed and I'm using this product, I can say that I'm very happy. I have no idea what could be achieved by spending 3-4 times the cost of this product. The toilet works just as I hoped it would. I don't make use of the air-dry function. After having one's tushy amply hosed off by the bidet function, it takes a LOT of air-drying before one is ready for the world again. I think I'm using less toilet paper though. As is the case with many products from China, there is a bit of translation difficulty to English. The Instruction Manual requires a patient, generous reading (maybe two readings) but you eventually get the information you need. There is a reason I have not given 5 stars: the toilet arrived at my home with some issues. The toilet is shipped with the lid assembly attached to the basin. It appears the protective packaging was not sufficient and the connections between the two were snapped. I contacted KE King by email and they responded in a VERY concerned and helpful way. They took note of my issue and advised me that they have used that information the make changes in shipping/packing. They also advised that an installation video is now available and they are improving their user guide. It is definitely their goal to give you a 5-star experience, I would say. That's how I felt.
