Easy to fly, Durable, and flat out fun!
I have always had an interest in airplanes, but thought that flying an RC plane was diffucult, expencive, and scary. With the Volantex P-51 Mustang it is so simple and easy to get the plane in the sky and control it easily. The plane has a gyrostabilizer that will keep the plane level in flight and will allow you to fly in slightly windy conditions. The controls are easy to understand and very responsive. I had never flown an RC plane before (had years of video game experiance) and I was able to fly without a problem on the first flight.Even though the plane is easy to fly, I have crashed it a few times into buildings and trees and there is very little sign of damage, the only thing you will see is some scuffed paint. The compact styrofoam that it is made from allows crash landings and proprellers to come off, and you are back in the sky in minutes. There is no set up and no building of your own, just put 4 batteries in the controller, charge the batteries for the plane, and off you go right out of the boxSome thing to note: on some phone chargers that I have tried, the "charging" light flashes red and takes forever to charge the battery, but in other chargers, the light will stay a solid red and charge the battery in around 45 minutes. Something that confused me at first. All in all, a great plane, easy flyer, and well worth the money to start an amazing hobby

Flies well in all spaces. Extremely durable. Buy a lot of props if you are a beginner.
I flew it in a local park in 15 mph wind and rain according to the weather forecast. It flew well even with the breeze. Gyro works well. As a beginner, I crashed it 75% of the time. Almost no damage except for the paint getting scraped. Extremely durable. Good range, flew for 15 minutes before I charged the battery in 40 minutes. Came with everything I needed, easy to fly and prepare to fly. Extremely cheap for an RC plane, but flies like it is $300. I broke a lot of props, but there are replacements. It would be really cool if they could somehow make an fpv add on. When I tried the advanced mode, it was really maneuverable but tricky to fly (expectedly). The manual was also detailed and I used it for the preflight checks and also finding out where to fly.

This is a good little plane. Perfect for learning to fly RC
This plane flies right out of the box or mine did.I am a Pilot. But this is my first RC Plane. It survives multiple crashes with ease. I haven't broke it yet and probably won't because i can fly it now. The prop pops off if you smack the ground, just as it should. Just pop it back on and go at it again. I fly this plane on the airstrip i fly off of. I took the wheels off and hand launch it. When i was learning, i did fly it into the side of my house. I put the prop back on and kept flying. It's very forgiving. Buy extra batteries, You'll be glad you did. Happy Flying.

Good experience but does not land well
First things first, let's talk about the paintwork. Hold onto your propellers, folks, because these planes are an absolute feast for the eyes. The attention to detail is so on point that even the Wright brothers would give it a nod of approval. Authenticity? Check. Style? Double check. Your imagination will be doing loop-de-loops as you admire the impeccable design. But wait, there's more! If you're a rookie in the world of toy aviation, fear not – these planes have got your back. They fly like a dream, perfect for those getting their wings for the first time. Beginners, rejoice! You'll be doing barrel rolls and loops in no time, all while keeping the skies safe from imaginary aerial foes. Now, let's hit a bit of turbulence and talk about the not-so-sunny side of things. Batteries, oh batteries! It's like trying to fit a giraffe into a phone booth. Those battery compartments might need a dose of magic to accommodate those larger-than-life power sources. But hey, who doesn't love a good challenge? A little finagling here and there, and voilà! Mission accomplished. Now, let's chat about those wheels. Picture this: a graceful landing on the runway, wheels touching down in a triumphant touchdown... or maybe not. Unless you're blessed with a runway smoother than a baby's bottom, those wheels might just stage a rebellion. Landing on uneven terrain? Let's just say it's a bit like trying to salsa dance on roller skates. Grass landings? Well, you might as well prepare for a crash course in "How Not to Land 101."But fear not, young aviators, for all is not lost! These planes are the Chuck Norris of the toy aviation world. They've survived more crash landings than a rubber ball dropped from a skyscraper. While they may suffer a few battle scars, they're surprisingly resilient. Quick tip: if things get a bit rocky, a dab of glue can work wonders in bringing your trusty steed back into flight-ready shape. One thing to keep in mind: the more the flights, the more the thrill. It's like a roller coaster ride in the clouds, but with wings. Unfortunately, like all great adventures, this one has a shelf life. Around 20-30 flights is what you can expect before these wings tire out. And at around $5 per flight, it's like your own personal airshow with a slight admission fee.So, in summation, folks, buckle up for a whirlwind of airborne fun with these little planes. They've got charm, they've got style, and they've got a bit of a bumpy ride. But remember, it's not about the number of landings; it's about the sky-high smiles they bring to your face. So go on, embrace the skies and let your imagination take flight! 🚀✈️

Very fast plane
This little plane was awesome! This is an intermediate plane. It has 3 flight modes and on the first one, you can pretty much take your hands off and let the plane fly itself! The propellers pop off when you crash which prevents the propellers from breaking every crash. I would recommend buying a pack of 6 propellers in case the others get lost. Very great beginner plane!! I bought this plane twice because I liked it so much! I now have 3 planes from Volentex and am very happy with their performance!

Real fast fun furious
This plane was great until $130 bucks worth flew to the wild blue yonder. It was beautiful out of the box.Had a lot of speed and power,I guess why its gone. This is a wonderful plane for a more experienced or seasoned RC person, not me

Good beginner RC plane
The wheels came off after a hard landing, I didn't bother to replace them. Just fly it in grass and let the prop break off, put it back on and fly again. It might be a good idea for updated model to have a harder bottom and wheel partially recessed in front for landings. Plane is easily hand launched. I think it is a good plane and it has taken a beating. My front end is partially damaged, but it still flies good.I will probably buy another to use until I am ready to progress.
