HE IS GREAT!
Scp-999 is one of the only nice scp's and he's one of my favorites too. He's made out of orange gel. The gel he's made of is a unknown substance to the scp foundation. Its known to act like a puppy an make gurgleing and cooing noises. Scp-999 is aloud to roam the foundation but not after night. Plush is great quality. Love it.💕
