The entire family is meeting at a centrally located campground Thanksgiving holiday weekend and I think this is the perfect flashlight for our youngest dinosaur-lover grandson. I can just see him now as he walks the family dog with my husband to his 93-year-old great-grandmother’s camp to say good night. He will growl his best, “Good night.” My mother-in-law will growl it right back to him! I just love these youngest-to-the-oldest exchanges.My husband charged the headlamp and it is adorable activated on. I plan to surprise the little guy with it the first evening we are there. I should get another for his brother, as well.This is definitely gift-worthy.Hope this helps.

All of my kids love this headlamp. I initially got this for my son who loves dinosaurs and he had camp day at school where they could take flashlights and I thought this would be a fun alternative. I have a 9, 7, and 5 yr old and this fits all of them comfortably and makes it convenient that it can be adjusted. It has 3 settings under the head of the dinosaur: 1. is just the regular flashlight, 2. has light plus dinosaur roaring sounds (continuously lol), 3. has changing colored lights.

My son loves it!I don’t like that it takes a specific kind of charger for it… you can’t just use any usb phone charger, so DON’T lose it! Mine didn’t come with one and the manufacturer wouldn’t send me one after many messages of them saying that it takes a phone charger- IT DOESN’T!! … I had to go through my collections of old dc chargers to find one that works.My son is happy. The headlamp is EXTREMELY NEAT and Bright! Fits him well and seems to be durable, just DON’T LOSE THE CHARGER IF YOU RECEIVE ONE!!

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for my toddler who is obsessed with dinosaurs. It is pretty big and takes up almost his entire forehead when he puts in on. There is a setting to have the lights without the roar sounds, and then the setting with the roar. The roar is loud and you are unable to adjust this volume, although my toddler is happy with the noise level lol. As a parent I am very thankful that there is the setting to have the lights without the roaring.There are also 3 light settings of continuous shining, flashing, and jewel color changing. The light is bright but important to note that the light comes out of the eyes so it is not a direct front path like a traditional head lamp. To change the light setting you have to gently squeeze the dinosaur mouth. Note that you cannot fully close the mouth to change the light setting—my toddler kept trying to fully close the mouth and I had to reposition the mouth open with force.You will also see a battery slot but you cannot add your own batteries. This device is solely chargeable. I have not used long enough to determine how long a charge will last.

I think this headlamp works great. I needed a new one. It's cool because it has a dinosaur. I love dinosaurs as I know a lot about them. I wanted to add this to my collection so I did. I don't care about the noise. I just wanted the headlamp and then the light is bright. I'm not disappointed whatsoever.

The media could not be loaded.  Really like this headlamp. Very funny and works great. Selections allow you to choose several light modes and also makes dinosaur noises! While the headlamp is not super bright, it works great for camping or just goofing off. Fun for all ages!

Super cute and fun for any dinosaur lover. The straps can also fit an adult! But my one complaint is that the noise mode doesn’t shut off. It just. Keeps. Roaring. And in a sad electronic sort of way. It would be much improved by roaring when a button is pressed.The lights are good and work well enough. The color change mode is also fun.

Our son has a huge fear of the dark and this has made going camping a little difficult. We bought them for him and tried it out over the weekend and it was a hit! I cannot thank you enough for creating an awesome childrens headlamp. The design made our child feel comfortable especially since he loves dinosaurs!
