A must for jewellery makers or crafters. Easy to use and clear instructions. It is good quality and the pins hold well when making a design. I have already lost a plastic pin grip for one of the pins. So, I would suggest you have a container available to place the grips into whilst working. I knocked mine and away they went all over the place. I would recommend this product to you, a must for crafters. Many thanks to the seller.

I have used it a few times and it works very well for me. It's a good sturdy metal and can cope my rough handling.

I received the jig in good time. Only complaints are that it is missing a rubber foot, even though it was unopened so I'm assuming it went missing before packaging... Also the instructions are a bad print/copy so they're not the best for novices. You really do need to use the little pieces of rubber tubing to attach each pin if you don't want them to jiggle around. Better instructions and a complete article would have got five stars.

All the reviews said that this was better than the plastic ones, and I needed something for bending thick wire. I found it just about OK, but poorly made and fiddly. The pegs are very wobbly in the holes albeit they are metal, well made, and would certainly be stronger than plastic, but there is a tiny little packet of tiny little bits of plastic tubing that you have to fit over the bottom stem of the pegs, (the bit that protrudes under the board itself). At least I guess this is what they are for, as there was nothing to tell me. If anybody knows any different I would be pleased to hear about it. They do stabilise the pegs slightly, but would be very easy to lose. I had to keep turning the board over while trying to hold the pegs in place - to make sure the 'sleeves' hadn't fallen off. Sometimes this would happen and would be indicated by the peg being more wobbly. My 'wobble factor' was increased by the fact that one of the little plastic feet on the corners of the board kept falling off, and until I can glue in place I'm putting it in the bag with the tubes - again it's VERY small and could very easily get lost. The pegs are not snug in the holes, and when using anything other than a thick wire, you have to be careful that the wire actually goes round the peg and not underneath it. I was also surprised at how small the surface was - a little less than A5. Please do not be fooled (as I was) by the 'Product Description' which states 22.5cm x 13.4cm x 2.4cm. The size is in fact 14cm x 11.5cm x1.2cm (which to be fair now I have checked is stated next to the product in small letters). The 'Product Description' size includes the card packing - hardly part of the product, but makes it sound bigger - which is basically just a long piece of card folded round the jig, joined at the top but with open sides waiting for everything to fall out unless you keep the whole thing in a bag after opening. If this is 'De Luxe' I hate to think what the non De Luxe one is like. It is useable, but that's about it. I would say cheap and rather nasty - but at £15.99 plus £1.95 for delivery it is hardly cheap for something as tacky as this. The three stars is for the metal pegs, which come in a variety of diameters and seem well made and sturdy, even if they don't fit the holes in the board properly. I don't know why it doesn't seem possible to make one of these gadgets where the pegs actually fit the holes snugly and don't wobble about, or they need plasic tubing to keep them only a little less wobble free. Or something where a foot or whatever keeps falling off. It did help me to get even curves with thicker wire, but for the price I expected something better - it's still pretty Heath Robinson overall.

It is good for beginners. The pegs are not having good grip when mounted it should have threading with wing nuts at bottom. Some times it comes out from jig plate. Some more pegs of different Dia size needed. Product is of good quality steel and one can get good practice and new ideas to learn. I have made few items with the help of this jig. The are good looking.

Well so i use bigger wire and thats not so easy to use this with for Intricate designs with large wire , maybe 20g to 32 or so but i was using 16 g and wires would bunch up not really lay flat , i think if the pegs was bigger it may work not sure what the problem was but it works great for smaller designs its worth it for that but not what i thought ya know what i mean , its a great product for the price and i wish there was a bigger version if the maker of this sees my review i would love a bigger version of this product!!!
