Great product and price. Taste nice and works quickly.

Strong pre-workout , does what it is supposed to - great for explosive and endurance power - it is however, very rushy when it initially kicks in. Used in conjunction with L-carnitine. Cherry is also a good flavour.

I regularly buy this particular pre-workout purely because of the taste.Having tried a number of pre-workouts now, this is by far my favourite, the only downside being the cost. I tend to try only to buy when on offer (unless i've run out entirely).It also seems the Blue Raspberry flavour is always out of stock on the larger tub, which i'd rather be buying, because the small tubs don't last very long!Overall:Taste 8.5/10Value for Money 5/10

Initially received It in a worrying condition( see picture)Tried it for the first time and have to say the taste is way too strong for me.When I first had it ( drank it fairly quickly to actually the taste) and minutes mater i noticed my face was really itchy and starts to get really hot.Not sure I noticed it make a difference but will try a few more times and check back

Price is great and good value for money compared to similar products

The flavour of this pre is good, however It makes your whole body but mainly your face very itchy. so bear that in mind, however if you can cope with that then it is a very cheap pre that will do the job.
