I really love my bag. It feels special, and I love the strap holders. My only concern is that the threads are coming loose, which worries me since I use the bag frequently. I am a university student and use it almost every day. The straps are comfortable, but the threads are coming out of the stitches. The rest of the material is excellent, and the spill-proof lining inside is a lifesaver for carrying an Indian curry tiffin.
