I purchased this for my 5 kitties (Mama and four crazy 5-month old kittens!) because I was sick of scrubbing stinky, clawed-up plastic. I am 100% delighted with this product! It is much more stable and doesn't tip nearly as easily as plastic boxes, while the steel is also very easy to clean. Most litter types simply pour out, clumps and all, and won't stick to the bottom. If any clumps cling on, the scoop they included takes care of them. The box can be scrubbed and sterilised with ease. It doesn't hold onto bad smells the way our plastic ones did. The cats are also very happy. It's large enough to accommodate "bathroom buddies" if two kittens decide to go in together lol and therefore would be suitable for large sized cats, even Maine Coons. I’ve tried so many litter boxes and after two self cleaning litter boxes died (litter robot and Leo’s loo), I accepted my fate as a pooper scooper and decided to go back to the basics. I gotta say, if I must scoop, I’d rather scoop out of this than any thing else - the stainless steel makes it super easy to clean, the tall side panels keep litter in the box (mostly) and I think it looks cool - insofar as a litter box can. We got the green color and have it set up inside a cabinet with a vent. Most of all, the cats have been very happy with the upgrade - we can tell they prefer this spacious and sturdy sandbox over the cramped rotisserie spaceship robots.

This litter box is everything I could have asked for. With how big it is though, you will need to add more litter so your cat has plenty to dig around with. My cat hopped into it right away and got situated with it right away. The high walls are great because my cat is arguably the messiest digger I've ever seen when using the litterbox, and litter getting outside the box is a thing of the past, making cleaning significantly easier. The grip pads on the bottom are cool too, they prevent the box from sliding around all over the place, and it even comes with its own scooper which is cool, too. Overall a 10/10, I'll be good to go with this thing.

This arrived in a box that was open, had holes in it and was smashed up. Remarkably the litter box was fine. It's a great box, very big and the best part is how easy it is to keep clean because nothing sticks to it. Stainless steal -----way better than plastic. It comes with a little scoop that is, well, little. Haven't used it as I have a large stainless steel scoop I purchased a long time ago. This is an excellent litter box. Pay attention to the measurements as it is LARGE---which is just what I needed. Very happy with this litter box. Oh and the cat likes it too.

Perfect size for our 2 cats. Definitely keeping the litter inside when they “fling” litter to cover their “doings”. Easy to clean & keep clean. No odors as excrement doesn’t stick to box & can clean with a tissue if some does.

This is the perfect solution for keeping my cat’s litter contained during and after she uses the box. The rigid plastic extensions are easy to attach and remove, and ensures that litter will not scatter out of the pan. I also bought a honeycomb-like mat (on Amazon) that catches any litter remaining on her paws when she exits the box. No more litter ( or anything else) tracked through the house!Most people choose stainless steel pans for ease of cleaning. However, it is the functional design of this product that convinced me to purchase this product. Worth every penny.

I purchased two different brands. This is just as good as the one we kept but our Kidts seem to prefer the lighter wall color.We had Breeze litter system for years but putting ceramic pellets finally got too much for my conscience.We switched to pine pellets but it was too difficult to difficult to get through the grate.These are perfect for pine pellets. Just scoop the poop and shuffle the pine pellets wherever you see a spot dissolved to saw dust. Nothing sticks. Easy to clean.We put the box on a puppy pad for the little bit of sawdust that may come out. When it’s time to change (all three Kidts use one box. We’ve never had a problem.) we scrape all the sawdust to one end and empty it onto the puppy pad. Tie the corners together and drop in the outside garbage can. Wipe any remaining dust out, spray wash, spray with odorless, pet and people friendly SaniDate (had a long conversation with customer service. He’d been researching safe cleaners due to a toddler. The manufacturer happened to be in his town. He’s used the product and works there for year) Let the SaniDate sit for a bit, rinse, dry and you’re good to go.We do have two boxes. One ready to go when the other is cleaned. Pine pellets are $6-8 for 40#. You only need one inch. The puppy pads are not too expensive when you consider the cost of cat litter, which we don’t consider safe, or ceramic pellets and pee pads for the litter system.Lots of information that doesn’t pertain directly to the box but it’s all so easy and sanitary.

These are amazing. We used plastic ones for a while and the odor got pretty bad. I bought these and they are so much better. They stay cleaner and the odor stays away so much better. They are great. The high sides are also great because one of our cats has a stream when she pees. Highly recommend
