The media could not be loaded. I returned this product the first time due to issues with the wiring. Amazon made the return easy. After searching around, I could not find a light I liked better so I reordered. On the 2nd go, I still found the internal wiring were uneven which made them difficult to wrap all together. The trick is use a wire stripper to strip out your wires down to the length of the shortest wire. It will make connecting and wrapping them together so much easier when the wires are all exposed at the same height. I did not trim the exposed wire to the same length but just used the longer exposure to make it easier to wrap together. After wrapping them together use the white plastic cap and clamp to squeeze the end of the cap together to hold the wire (watch their installation video). It’s not one of those caps you can twist into place. Use electric tape to seal the exposed wires and hold them in place (you will need to buy the tape separately). They also provide a protective wrap you can use with electric tape to seal any exposed wire. Keep in mind before buying the fixture that it is held to the ceiling by two screws on the side and not from the center. So flat ceiling works great but if you have a fancy circle like my ceiling with ridges that makes it nearly impossible to screw from the side, it will take some creativity to hang it from the center. FYI there will likely be small cosmetic defects on the back of the copper metal parts although probably not noticeable after hanging. For the price, look and value, I give it 5 stars. It will take time to install if you do it DYI.

Love love love this light. It's so classy and expensive looking. I have it on a dimmer and all of the different levels are amazing, from VERY dim to EXTREMELY bright. I have received so many compliments on it. Like many others, my light arrived with one bulb shattered. Luckily they give you an extra bulb so I was still able to have it installed. However, I did reach out to the seller to see if they would send me an extra one that way in case one ever breaks I have it, and they mailed one out that same day. Excellent service! This light requires quite a bit of "pre-work" to get it ready to hang, it's a tad confusing and awkward, but after than my friend hung it and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We bought this chandelier because we wanted to swag it since our junction box is in a weird spot on the ceiling.None of the globes arrived damaged; they were packed really well and they provided an extra one in case of breakage.You have to come into this knowing that you're basically building the thing. And the wiring for some reason is just kind of slap-dash. They don't put much thought into making the wires evenly cut, so you're having to strip wires to make it work. You have to have a wire stripper for this assembly. You’ll also need a bag of assorted sized wire caps - the ones they give you are too small for having to cut and shove a bunch of wires together. You’ll need bigger caps. And a lot of patience. There was a lot of cursing going on during this process.I was super disappointed that two of the globe mounts were scratched. It's clear that quality control is not super important, but since it took such an effort to install, and in the end it works great and looks nice, I just relented and live with it. You can't really see it unless you've got a zoom lens. ;)

This light looks beautiful and is perfect for our kitchen nook dining table.

Do not buy This chandelier is very hard to install. I had to get an electrician to wire. Glass globs were broken. Asked for replacement bulbs amazon customer service said this chandelier was under warranty and no replacement globs could be sent. I told Amazon that the chandelier was up I had to pay the electrician to install all I needed was glass globs to be replaced. Amazon then said they would refund me but never got any thing I and stock with this chandelier missing globs. And out of pocket 150.00 for electrician cost. This is a shame poor customer service. I talked to 3 customer service reps at Amazon and the all gave me the run around. Remind you I bought 3 different chandeliers .

The gold is very bright, but looks amazing! Had a bit of a struggle finding bulbs that fit, but found some at Menards. (Needs a smaller globe with a standard base) we hung it in our office and it looks stunning. It’s a lot of wiring, but not difficult to figure out.

So my husband put this together while I was at work and he told me that this was kinda a pain to assemble. Since there are 12 lights, there are a lot of little tricky wires that need to go through each rod. He said it took him around 2 hours to get it all put together. Not bad for his first time assembling a light like this! But overall we are really happy with the end results. Looks amazing and has a wide range of height options.

The media could not be loaded. Nice adjustability. To avoid the wiring difficulties people talk about, add a few inches of wire to the power lead coming out of the housing. That way you can connect all the wires outside the housing, and shove everything back in after. Mounting to the ceiling is a pain. The light is heavy enough to bend the included mounting bar, so you need to put anchors in the ceiling and screws in each side.

After I received this and started getting it assembled I quickly noticed that regular light bulbs do not fit inside the glass gloves, you need to use 1/2 length bulbs for this to go together properly. This basically eliminates any kind of smart RGB bulbs since I could not find any that would be close to fitting. The picture on the sale page advertises that it fits many different kinds of bulbs but this is completely false advertising.The other thing I did not like is that when this is put together it's actually square, the photos make it appear that the rod lengths are staggered to break up the shape. You get 4 short rods for the bottom and 4 long rods for the top, when you put it all together it looks like a big square.I have returned this, the quality is decent actually but falsely advertising a bunch of bulbs that don't fit and not giving any internal dimensions of the glass globe's so you can actually shop for bulbs that do is not acceptable.

The media could not be loaded. Looks really nice, but one of the extension rode was damaged so we could only extend to this size.They gave an extra glass globe for future replacement, that's nice.
