As to my knowledge and experience, this product is great!There is a mild stimulant effect in the short-term, which sustains through the activity you partake in 20-30 minutes after consumption. I have noticed an increase in mental sharpness, and the testosterone-driven feelings I get throughout the day. There is more drive to get things done, more stamina during activity, and less fatigue across the length of the entire day.Depending on your current physical shape and situation, results can vary from person to person... However, I have noticed a boost in all the aforementioned effects when in a caloric deficit, or earlier in the day, in times of lower caloric intake.All in all, it is a well-made product and I would recommend it friends/family. I would also order it again for myself.

Product itself was packaged well, good instructions, etc.However, effectiveness varies based on the individual.I had an opposite effect of the advertised benefits. Rather than feeling more energized, I felt lethargic after using it for some time (it took a couple of weeks). I initially thought I just wasn't getting enough sleep but it still continued.After I stopped using it, energy levels started to return to normal again.After doing some research, I found that this is one of the potential side effects of FA. I've switched to just using TA alone and do not experience the same lethargy as before. Still not sure if TA is making much of a difference though.
